Super cute things in this shop. Gifts, stationary, kids school supplies, kitchen and home stuff… I think they have their math wrong — They had Brown from Line Chat for $ 300 and at «10% off, now only $ 219!» I did a quick browse so I will probably go back to see if they have anything new. It looked like they were getting rid of Holiday items.

Pretty good little gift shop where you could find a good selection of Japanese toys and gifts. They have stationary and kitchen items as well. Staff is pretty rude and some things are over priced but still an interesting place to come shop.

This Banzai pissed me off. There’s been postings around the store for 10% off if you join their membership. — My first purchase since the signage: a basin and a wash scoop. Total around $ 13. Male cashier didn’t mention anything. I didn’t purchase enough for the membership? — My second purchase since the signage. Two bowls. Total around $ 9. Male cashier didn’t mention anything. I guess I didn’t purchase enough for the membership. — My third purchase since the signage. A thermal mug. $ 23. Female cashier asked if I had membership. I said no. She said okay. And she charged me full price. «Excuse me, but I’ve been buying a lot from here for the past few weeks. How much exactly does membership cost?» «Oh, it’s free.» WTF? It’s free so they don’t want their actual buying customers to take advantage of it? Only people who are indecisive about buying? What is this? Time Warner Cable? Recommendation: Go to the Banzai in Queens Crossing. They don’t have membership and their prices are cheaper. They generally carry the same items only that the Banzai in Queens Crossing sell out faster because they’re cheaper and they don’t require membership. Go to this one only if Queens Crossing sell out or it’s past 8pm.

Expensive for what you can get online. 50 $ backpacks and plushies. I kept my purchases small and under a couple dollars. Would try other banzai stores though for a comparison.

I bought a cup from them as a Christmas present. It was wrapped when I bought it. When I asked them to let me exam the cup before purchase the sales man promised that it is in good condition and since they wrapped all the cups I had no chance to check before I buy. When my daughter opened the box I found two obvious flaws. For a $ 14 cup it is not worth my time to go back for an exchange. But I will never give business to them.

Recent May 2013 visit with a friend for a local exploration was to find a very sharp nail clipper at $ 2.99, now added to my beauty/personal care supply. Staff are friendly and helpful to offer a shopping basket for patrons’ convenience. I love browsing through the Hello Kitty and home products as it reminisce me of my days in Hong Kong.

«Let’s Banzai! Live the satisfaction through multicultural world.» This is the place where you can find cutesy items that are perfect for birthday presents! I found an Angry bird for $ 4.99 lol They also sell useful items, such as food containers, cups, silverware, plates, etc. It is definitely a fun and nice place to stroll around.
