I brought in a $ 2,000 black Italian suit(bought in Italy) to have a button replaced/sewn. I picked up the suit which had the usual shop provided plastic cover over it. I hung the suit up in the closet where it stayed for about a month. When I went to wear the suit, I removed the clear plastic cover and noticed it wasn’t my black suit. Instead, it was a $ 300 suit that was made in Mexico. I immediately went back to the shop and informed them of the mistake. They told me that I should have checked the suit to make sure it was mine when I picked it up and that they weren’t liable for any mistakes or mixups. I left my number and went back weekly to see if my suit had turned up but no such luck. I have since takem my over $ 1,000 annual business elsewhere and have filed a complaint with the BBB.

I had a monster of a stain on one of my favorite cocktail dresses. I had tried everything to get rid of it and my last resort was to bring it to a dry cleaners. I chose this one because it was convenient in location and I had heard some pretty good things about it. So I decided to give it a try because I was not about to throw out my fav dress. When I got my dress back the stain had been removed!!! It was amazing… I definitely will be coming back! Thank you the great service!

DONOTBRINGYOURLAUNDRYHERE!!! Yes they’re convenient, but they have left my clothes with pink stains all over them three times and refused to fix my clothes. They claimed each time that the stains were already there even though I advised them that they were brand new clothes that I had just bought and was having washed before I wore them! It is a bright pink stain(detergent?) over at least 6 items of clothing! They also completely overcharge for alterations. Please save yourself a lot of money and go elsewhere! I’ve definitely learned my lesson.
