Three stars for carrying one my favorite brands of sweet white wine, Urban Taj. It could’ve been 5 stars but I didn’t like the vibe I received from the cashier. She was cold while lacking the capability to speak and greet me. Regardless if one’s help is needed, I should be greeted as soon as I walk into the establishment. I should’ve taken my money else where but I have no idea where Urban Taj is sold locally.

This store has no respect for returning customers who spend a great deal of money there. I tried to respectfully bring this to the manager’s attention. However, his response was, «what does that mean?» (As he continued to eat his personal pan pizza). All of this for a dollar. I guess they are hard up for cash… such a shame. What I like most about this location is the staff. The staff are really friendly and very knowledgeable about the wine selection. However, the liquor prices seem to be at least 2 – 4 more than their competitors. Why this wouldn’t stop me from buying from there. It can deter me some nights especially when I know, I can buy the same amount for a cheaper price. My experience there has always been great, I just wish there liquor prices were as competitive in the area. Other than that go there for their wine collection. I think it’s pretty good and to be honest. I wouldn’t probably go any where else. Unless I have to. Try it out!

This is my go-to spot for wine and liquor! The owners are really friendly and are very helpful in choosing the right spirits for any occasion.
The prices here are comparable to most liquor store but you can’t beat the friendly service and free tastings.

Since We are still in Recession, I rather buy 15 bottles of Alcohol and Throw a House Party than Throw away $$ to buy ONE Bottle Service.
This place has a HUUUUUGE Selection of Alcohol… From Blue Label Johnny, thru a Copper looking Champange that cost $ 90 to a BOTTLE of ADAM Cognac (Google the bottle and you will find out).
Large selection of Wines and KOSHER Products too!
If you are looking for something «SPECIFIC» call them before hand, some of them are very «LIMITED».
Maybe I should Stock up some for my trip to AC coming soon…

Local liquor, they have a good wine selection, weaker on the other drinks. If you want a huge selection, go to Empire Liquor on Queens Boulevard between Rego Park and Forest Hills. Every liquor store has it’s own kind of twist. This one is wine. Not bad for a small local store.
