Chase Bank

I came here today with my wife to pay off our the entirety of the mortgage on our home. The parking lot allowed for 8 cars to be parked but even if it didn’t, there was street parking. I really liked the décor and music playing as I entered the doors. I also liked that they are opened on Sundays and closes at 3pm.
We told the front desk person what we came here for, and she was able assist us immediately. She called chase mortgage department so that she can find the exact amount that we had to pay. We waited 10 minutes and the line behind us became really long. After 10 minutes of just standing there, the representative told us that the mortgage department was closed. Are you telling me that you didn’t know that in the beginning? I representative that works for chase had to be on the phone for 10 minutes to find out the mortgage department was closed? If this representative was properly trained, then we wouldn’t have had to wait 10 minutes just to find out the mortgage department was closed. Unbelievable. What a waste of time. I will not be coming back to this branch unless its for something simple like an ATM withdrawal.
