CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

I’m not sure why this place would get bad reviews, as far as bubble tea place is go it’s pretty solid, it’s quick and the bubble teas are freshly prepared and sealed.
There in the front of the shopping mall, it actually used to be called quickly but they got bought out it seems.
Overall, I’m usually happy here, quickly was cheaper but this isn’t terribly expensive

The is a promotion which after mets win, it buy 1 get 1 free on any drink. I didn’t notice when I order. After ordering I ask the associate and he confirm yes it buy 1 get 1 free. I ask for another of the same and he say you already order he can’t do that. I don’t review much it either good or bad. If he have a helping mind he can just void and reorder or make another one and make a note on the side.

The employees have a unpleasant face that shows they they’re annoyed and when i ordered a large bubble tea, the cup was sticky and i thought that was it. But when i finished the drink i looked at it wondering why it finished so quickly to find out that more than half the cup was filled with ice. Seriously the people working at this place are horrible. They’re rude to customers by giving off that look like we’re annoying and they serve large drinks that has ice take up 50% of the drink.

best bubble tea，when I came into the store，cashier always says welcome come to coco，sometimes they are busy but most times they are friendly to all customers, I like them and all my friends like coco bubble tea

I was going to get some Quickly’s but to my disappointment it had been replaced with Coco Tea. So I thought «Hey maybe I should give it a try».
There were 2 people working there. The guy was the cashier and the girl was making the drinks and giving them to customers.
Ordered my bubble tea for $ 2.75 (same price as KungFu bbtea) and waited for my order. The girl who was making the drinks called out «bubble tea» then gave me my drink. I wasn’t drinking it right away and was planning on putting it inside my bookbag so I asked for a bag.
Wow was she rude! I had to repeat myself (asking for a bag) THREE TIMES before she finally gave me one. The first time I asked I thought she might not have heard me. The SECOND time I asked, OUR EYES MET! Then she went on doing her thing, IGNORING ME (YEA I AIN’T GOING NOWHERE WITHOUT THE PLASTIC BAG.) THEN when I finally asked again for the THIRD time, she grabbed a bag from under the counter and kind of threw it at me. Yea thanks, no not really.
First impressions are everything and Coco Tea, your touchy workers have tarnished it. I will be taking my service to the LOTS of other bubble tea places in Flushing. Seriously, like if you continue treating customers like this, good riddance Coco Tea!
I SERIOUSLY hope that the other Coco Tea location doesn’t treat their customers like this. And that this location is just a bad seed or something.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Two young men were behind the counter when I walked in. There were a couple of customers in front of us, ones who had already ordered and were waiting for their drinks. From the time my friend and I walked in, we were paid no attention to and it took a good 5 minutes for the cashier to get our orders. After this, we were left sitting and waiting for our drinks for another 10 minutes. After finally getting our drinks, we noticed that one was different than the ones we ordered. The guy refused to change it, and told us that these were the ones we ordered. Clearly not!
My friend and I ended up splitting one drink and throwing away the other. What a waste.

First of all, the customer service is treacherous. I walked in with my friend and the cashier looked at us and turned away. He did not bother taking our order until we waited for 3 minutes and finally got his attention again. Second of all, the wait is extremely long. There are two people working but the amount of time we waited for our drinks was exceedingly long! And finally, when we were ecstatic to finally get our drinks, they made the wrong drinks from what we ordered. Never coming to this location again.
