I went to Faithful windows in Flushing College Points Blvd and purchased Crystal windows and had all my 2nd floor windows replaced in 2007. The contractor did a horrible job, not well aligned, poor insulation and after 4 years the windows started showing mold and condensation inside the glass and outside the frame. In the winter the windows drips water from condensation. Some windows cannot even be locked or open/close properly now. Im very dissatisfied and disappointed with this brand. I’m seriously thinking about replacing them now with a better quality ones. Please save you money and get a more reputable brand. Crystal windows are cheaply made.

Absolutely terrible looking windows. The windows were very roughly made. The windows I got are far cries from the ones I saw in their showroom. Adding insult to the injury, Crystal recommended ‘NY Windows Guys Inc’, a.k.a Tony Windowguy on the FB to perform the installation, and the guy was a complete scoundrel. He installed the brand new window right on top my old window frame, so now I ended up with a bird-sized window with super thick frames. And he didn’t even finish the installation. Crystal offered to help after I wrote a review about the abysmal services I received from this ‘Tony Windowguy’, so the guy showed up and told me that he can fix them for me, but don’t call him if the windows start to leak. I showed him the door. Crystal is cheap for a reason. For a large investment like windows replacement, go with someone reputable. I’m replacing all mine with Marvin Windows.

I had new Crystal brand windows installed. I picked the casement windows. I had windows installed a few months ago in the summer. Now it is the winter. The windows leak cold air in, even when you fully close and lock them according to instructions. The windows also have a gap between the glass panel and the frame, so that when the wind blows hard outside and manages to get into the gap, it makes a whistling sound. Cheap, windows poorly made. That’s what you get for this price. Anderson windows are better choice even though they cost more. They are worth it long term. I’m now stuck with these leaky, cheap windows.

We had the aluminum windows installed a year ago, they are already leaking air! These set iof windows are supposed to be efficient. We contacted customer service but no one got in touch with us. Nonetheless stay away from Crystal not-so-good windows!!!

I just experienced the worst customer service ever from Crystal Windows this afternoon. Had a scheduled technician appt to measure and assess window frame damage to one of my rental properties. Explained when I made the appt that I did not live there and would need to travel 40 minutes. Appt was for 2−3pm, when they called to confirm they changed the time to 12−2pm. I waited till 1:45pm to call and see if the technician was going to make the appt, they said he was held up and that I should wait til 3pm, at 3 pm they continued to say he was delayed and asked me to continue waiting or reschedule, I stated I have been waiting for 3 hours in my car and traveled 40 minutes(gas shortage due to Sandy) but they just said I could wait longer or reshedule. They could not guarantee if technician would even make it to my house at that point!!! This was extremely frustrating and would never recommend this company to anyone. They obviously do not honor scheduled appointments, of course they kept offering to let me reschedule !!!
