This store is small and basic. I am giving it 3 stars because it has a pretty good sized parking lot. That’s about it, now that I rated the CVS because of ample parking, let me go into all of the jerks I have seen today parked in handicap parking without handicap placards. Shame on you! Yes another one pulled in right beside me during my visit to this fine CVS. I was so fed up at the previous CVS store and the inconsiderate humans that were sharing my planet and my air that I went online and downloaded the trusty Parking Mobility app… YES it does exist and yes you can report everyone of these self-centered, narcissistic, air grubbing humans. I honked at Captain Oblivious and nothing. So I get out, walk around and knock on the window, yes the window rolled down and I asked this idiot if he had a handicap placard, was I being ballsy… yup, but I was twice his size and he had a baby in the backseat and at this point in life I figured what’s the worst that can happen… I squish him. anyways…he starts giving me some BS about wife, mother… blah blah… I said… none of you are handicap so you need to move. He said, are you handicapped, I said your not… and I have asked you nicely to move. I then pointed to my phone and said… hey… I bet you didn’t know there’s an app where you can report handicap parking violators, times up… I gave you a chance… to which I walked behind and took a picture of his car and license plate. Now I don’t recommend doing this to anyone, just saying what I did at the time. Captain Oblivious quickly became all Captain Insightful and now was taking me serious, so much so he started yelling… I’m not parked… I said… well your not moving thus you are parked. He finally pulled out of the spot and said don’t take my picture, I said… too late and gave him the international talk to the hand sign. He was still screaming as I walked into CVS. When I came out, poof like a bad fart in the wind, he was gone. So for all in Unilocalland that see people abusing spots for those who legitimately need a spot, I would recommend downloading the Parking Mobility app to your iPhone or Android. They tell you exactly how to report the violation.

After reading the previous bad reviews about the pharmacy staff I was actually shocked. I went there looking for a particular over the counter medicine for my son who had bowel movement problems. Andreas and Ryan went above and beyond. They came from the pharmacy department on to the floor to help me look for a medication that I had forgotten the name of. I called the pediatrician and they gave me the name. I informed them the name and saw they didn’t have any in stock and ordered it for me so I can pick it up the next day. Usually when you go to pharmacies the pharmacist usually points you to the right aisle, but they offered to help me find the item. Highly recommend these two pharmacy workers.

This CVS never seems to have name brand allergy medications(or many other medications) in stock. *Everything* is the CVS brand, and they’re usually only $ 1 or $ 2 cheaper than the name brand without coupons. There are also other items I used to buy from them only to later find out that the store was no longer ordering those products anymore and only carrying their CVS brand version. I miss the days when this building was a Key Food and there was an independently run pharmacy across the street where you could actually get the products you wanted.

The pharmacy staff is extremely unprofessional, rude, and reckless. The pharmacy is run by technician’s who consult and educate patients, which is against NYS law. They are known to provide inaccurate information from insurance information to price quotes. The pharmacist stand in the shadows and even when requested they hesitate to assist. They offer no apologies when a mistake has been made and allow their technicians to give attitude to their patients such as smirks, rolling of the eyes, and back talk. They frequently violate Hippa when discussing confidential patient information. They disregard patients on all levels. This particular CVS adheres to no standards and lack in education, patient care, and class. They are extremely insulting and unhelpful. I am not certain how this store is in businesses but it is a scary thought. As a medical professional I would be horrified to have my name attached to this location. The medication errors are frightening and the antics a disgrace. This store should be thouroughly investigated and CVS should be apologetic for hiring unqualified or simply uncaring staff. The lack of professionalism is an embarrassment. This location is a lawsuit in the making. Disgraceful. Avoid at all cost.

Staff was friendly, but only one register was open. I think they were trying to get more people to use the self-check out because there was a nice employee directing and helping people to those lanes. Stop here to pick up a card, that was all.

I don’t seek to promote a major chain store here but I must say a few words about the employees at this location. They are friendly, helpful, and conscientious from the front of the store to the back. I am hardly passionate about shopping at CVS, DR etc. Usually I am not in a very good mood getting what I need at these places. However, the people that work here make it painless if not a pleasant experience. Great customer service, genuinely nice people will always get my business!
