Took them 2 hours to deliver one pie of pizza. It arrived soggy and lukewarm. This is the worst experience I’ve had. DONOTORDERFROMTHISSTORE. Ridiculous.

Horrible customer service, i asked some asshole that works there if he had a special for 2 mediums and he just gave me the price and when i asked him how many toppings(2−3−1) he raised his voice at me saying YEAH2 and cursed me out … Well its recorded so check the time between 10:37−40 and get away from peoples food … You give stupid morons like this $ 15 hour and they fuck up your buisiness and clientele … Shaking my head

Called for pickup, the gentleman on the phone said 15−20mins. I picked it up 15 minutes later, the pizza was fresh and delicious. They have new management now, and more delivery guys. If you’re hesitating on ordering, or have had a bad experience before I would say give them another try!

Placed an order on super bowl Sunday. Yes it was busy. Yes there was a wait time. I expected that. I didn’t expect to stand in line for more than 20 minutes to PICKUP my order, an order that was finished and waiting for me. There was only 2 people in front of me on the line but for some reason, it took an eternity. I ended up having to leave because kickoff was in 15 minutes. Probably would have been faster to have it delivered, they had like 6 or 7 people delivering. I only order from here because its fairly close by. But if i can avoid, i will. Just overall bad service.

I love pizza and order pizza at least once a week. But after an incident with them, I never ordered from here. I ordered pizza online and I waited for it for over 1.5hrs. I called them to see what was taking my pizza so long(I only live a 7 min drive away). No one picked up the phone. 30mins later, I call again. The person who picked up said that they’re going right now. I waited another 30min, the pizza still didn’t come. I ended up driving myself to the store to pick my pizza up. The manager isn’t great. My pizza was still there. There was no delivery guy. Never ordering from here again. — — — — — — — — – 02÷01÷16 edit Dominos contacted me and tried to resolve this issue. They have a new manager now. Giving them 4 stars and seeing how things go after I order again. Thanks, dominoes.

I’m seeing similar complaints on this board, so this is all a bit redundant. I order a small pizza and a soda. I’m pretty much trapped at my desk and need the convenience of ordering in. I get a call on my cell phone — a gruff voice shouting«I’m downstairs! Where are you!» I tell him to just bring my order up. He tells me «We don’t do dat! Against company policy!» I try to understand what he’s saying and he interrupts me with«You f**king comin’ down?!» I hang up, leave my work and go downstairs. I find him in the parking lot. I ask him what was all that about? Since when do you guys not actually deliver the food? He practically throws the food at me and growls«just sign the receipt!» I do so, crossing out the tip line and ask for my copy. He holds the customer receipt up and lets go, allowing it to blow away in the pretty stiff wind. He shrugs and actually puts his hand out, presumably for a tip. I walk away, but hear him mutter«f**kin’ a**hole». I get upstairs and call the store. I ask for the manager. A woman with a barely understandable spanish accent tells me she’s the manager and«what do you want?» I explain what happened and before I finish, she’s shouting over me that it’s company policy to not actually deliver the food to the floor from which it has been ordered. I’m trying to ask her where on the website does it say that and, if that is the company policy, why do they charge a $ 2.50 delivery surcharge that they are very careful to state does not go to the driver(so don’t forget to tip him for the«awesome service»(I’m not kidding… the website says this)). She keeps getting louder, trying to talk over me and not hear the inconvenient question. I ask her name and she tells me «Roy”(?) This all ends when she hangs up on me. I then email the company and get a responsive email that the manager of the store will call me shortly. By shortly they apparently mean 7 hours later on my home phone(which was only submitted with billing information — lord knows what they will try to do with my credit card info) despite directing the company to either email or use my cell phone. The store manager(not«Roy») leaves a voicemail asking to speak with me, with a tone that indicates he does not like to be bothered with these complaints. I call him from my office earlier today, only to get«Roy» telling me that he’s not there and to «stop calling». I’m not sure what I was expecting. If I ordered from that location again with these people working there, I’m fairly certain my food would not reach me «unscathed». Therefore, no amount of discounts would have been practical. Perhaps I simply wanted an apology, or to know that a global company actually cares about the quality of its service at ground level. I ordered a small pizza and a bottle of soda. This is the experience that followed. I emailed the company again today — hours ago. No response. Save yourself the trouble. Both Papa John’s and Pizza Hut are within delivering range of this Domino’s site. They clearly don’t feel they will miss my business. Perhaps they won’t miss yours either. But save yourself the headaches. It’s not just me. Look at this board. I just happened to learn the hard way.

I would give them 0 stars if there was an option. Are you kidding me? This company is considered one of the top pizza shops in the making yet their delivery service is baffling. Just, baffling. My boyfriend has ordered his pizza and waited approximately 4 hours for it to deliver and still, no car in sight. He’s on shift and cannot leave the store to buy his dinner so whoever is the owner of this pizzeria UPYOURDELIVERYSERVICE.

I’m never rude to your delivery boys or the employees who answer your phone but you need to check they’re sarcasm and attitudes. Waiting an hour for my food to arrive is unacceptable. But the first thing that got me upset besides the time was the fact that the delivery boy called and ask me to go down stairs or send someone cause he would have to look for parking. WHATWASHETALKINGABOUT, even after I had told him that I have kids here and I wasn’t waking them up or leaving them alone he still insisted. Now here is what honestly made me so disgusted Siuhin(tracker said that was his name) or Francis(the name he told me when I asked) had the nerve to say and i quote«your not gunna tip». Are you kidding me he had no right I wasn’t even done signing off on my receipt how dare he. I calmly responded«don’t worry I will be tipping you» . You guys need order in this place get your act together, if it was up to me you wouldn’t even get half a star.

Very unprofessional staff Ordered for pick-up bc delivery takes way too long… went to get the pizza, it took about 8 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Can you imagine? I was about to call the store and talk to them right there… they were taking calls before dealing with the people in the store. Very backwards! Anyway, had to ask like three times bc they told me twenty minutes and it was going on about 40 minutes. They give me a box, I open it, and it’s the wrong order. They tell me five minutes, five minutes, it’s like, really? Staff looks overwhelmed, can’t handle phone calls… I hear a manger say, «these fucking people, they want everything». I asked the girl if that was her manager, she said yes. I told her that the place is appearing as a disaster to people that are waiting at the window. Anyway, the manager dude wasn’t talking to me, but I thought it was just weird for customers to have to hear. I won’t be back. I work too hard for my money to give it to a pathetic business like Dominos. They seriously need to train their staff or close the heck down! Unbelievable!

So after ordering and waited like 80 minutes. I called and they said they called me 4 times so I’m like… I got no calls. Called my cell myself from home it was fine. And then he was there when I came down stairs and Steve the driver gave me an attitude and look the whole time complaining like everything was my fault. I showed him my call logs and said I didn’t get anything. He gave me my food and I gave him the money. I did not tip, didn’t have enough cash for a tip and i wasnt going to since ITLITTERALLYTOOK80MINUTES. so then he shouts as I’m walking away, do you want change? Are you sure? 51 cents is alot of money. Thank you for the genorsity. Old fucking guy named Steve. If he wants money maybe delivering pizza for a living isn’t such a good idea.

Stay away! This place is a joke and so is the online tracker. The tracker is waste of time. They must mark it as delivered in order to look good for corporate but please don’t believe this status. Ordered 2 pies around 8:30pm, around 9:45 it said it was out for delivery. At 10:30 it said the pizza was delivered but pizza didn’t actually arrive until around 11:15 at which point I was done with waiting. As a huge corporate company, it is an absolute shame that a store can conduct business this way. Unilocalers: Order from Lucia’s on Roosevelt or Daro’s on Kissena. Just don’t waste your time with this place.

Cons: 1. Takes 1 hour to get your food. 2. 30 mins to answer the phone. 3. Topping proportion is never right. 4. Topping will come slided to 1 side of the pizza, because of the angle of the backseat. 5. 8⁄10 times they will messed up the order. Pros: 1. Domino’s really know how to get the ingredients right. 2. Cheap 3. Good Fire Wings 4. The staff from Headquarter is really friendly. 5. Taste: 1. Domino’s, 2. Pizza Hut, 3. Papa Johns.(In my opinion) In conclusion, good luck and may the pizza be with you ;p

Horrible horrible worst. I don’t have words to explain my experience about this location. I hate it. I ordered pizza online and paid for extra topping. But when I carry out. Came back home opened box. And saw no topping. I called right back to them. And tell them. You know the stupid girl said. Ok bring I back and we put it on. I said what. How u can put just on. It has to baked again. Oh yeah. We ll put same pizza in oven. I were so mad. I said. It ll be bad. She said. Oh well. Nothing we can do. I said ok pay me back my money. She refused. I gave them pizza back. She didn’t refund. I were supper mad and left. Never ever go to that store. Highly recommend you. Never go that place.

The order takes way too long. Sometimes the food is faster when you pick it up which is just plain sad. The best part of the pizza are the toppings. The rest of the pizza taste like garlic, but you get what you paid for.

DONOTORDERFROMHERE. Not only did they take over 45minutes to deliver the pizza(even after the tracker said ‘delivered’), they got my order wrong. I ordered online — how do you mess up reading my order? I wanted pineapple on my pizza and got pepperoni. Who are they hiring that can’t read? Awful. Spend money on a better pizza place.
