My mom used to see Dr Cao until I put a stop to it. She was constantly performing unnecessary tests, pushing drugs that she didn’t need and sending her to outside testing places, such as Doshi which I am convinced she receives kick backs from. She even tried to get my mom to switch insurance companies, because apparently the one she had doesn’t pay her enough. Seems very unethical and greedy.

Having thoroughly researched to find a good doctor, I came about Dr. Ning Cao with really really good reviews. Now, I don’t understand why. She dismissed the issues I had come to see her for. Instead, she talked about how my current insurance doesn’t pay her right away and she would love to treat me once I switched my insurance over to an insurance company that would pay her on time. She told me to book an appointment for next month once I made the switch of insurances. Also telling me my chest pains were concerning and she would like to draw blood and have MRIs taken– BUT of course not today because they don’t pay her. Um. She made it very clear to me that she does not care about her patients, but more concerned about her receiving money.

If I could give 0 star. She is the doctor that shares an office with my primary care doctor and I would not be writing this review had she not so rudely barged in not once, not twice, but three times into my ultrasound examination without so much as an excuse me, a knock, or even asking if I was comfortable with her in the room. She wasn’t even my doctor. With doctor patient privacy she had no right to be in the room without my prior consent or acknowledgement regardless if she was there to speak with the technician and not me. Her overall lack of care and courtesy left me feeling more uncomfortable with her than with the fact that I was Lying on a table in my hello kitty underoos!
