This is my quick grab a cup of coffee spot while running errands. It’s consistent and convenient. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait but knowing that on my way in, I don’t go here when I am in a rush. The staff is friendly enough. What can one say, it’s a chain, it’s decent.

Worst Dunkin Donuts ever! I don’t know why I ever returned after the first time they messed up my order and pretended it was my fault. They gave me iced green tea and tried to play it off as if it was regular tea but watered down. I don’t know how that excuse was any better. They didn’t want to brew a new batch and«offered» me coffee instead. The employees are lazy and never want to work. Tonight I went in at 7:30 for a sandwhich and they told me they couldn’t make it because they were«closing up the food». The store closes at 11! How is this even allowed. They have a horrible work ethic. I ended up getting a slice of pizza from down the street. Do not go! You’ve been warned.

Their coffee is always fresh even at nighttime. I’m a regular customer.

Horrible service~ first of all, the workers were fooling around, was rude and unfriendly. I’ve been to many Dunkin donuts in many locations and this is far by the worst. When I ordered a coolata, the guy got the order wrong bc he didn’t even bother fully listening to my order… Then he proceeded to make a nasty face when I said its not what I ordered. No apology or anything… Never ever will go back there! Doesn’t even deserve one star!

A few kinds of donuts I like weren’t available, but I was fine with what I substituted with. Coffee was great. Haven’t been disappointed with this location thus far after the last cpl years.

Once again, they completely messed up my order. I have been here about 50 times(I know, I’m a glutton for punishment), and they have gotten my order wrong about 48. I just keep hoping they will pull it together. My fiancé and I actually joke about what they are going to get wrong before we go. But it’s no wonder, the employees are so poorly trained that they don’t recognize orders directly off the menu(«wake up wrap,» or «latte»). This is really a failure of the management. Don’t leave these poor defenseless employees out there without some understanding of what you are selling. Also, they are out of things often. They are usually down to just a few types of bagels left(even during the week). Today they were out of all but 3 types of cream cheese(salmon, strawberry and reduced fat were in stock mmmmmm). They were also out of splenda and equal. Sometimes when you tell them that your order is wrong they are nice about it, but usually they are surly and tell you you are crazy until they realize that they were wrong and apologize or admit that they were out of what you really wanted and thought you wouldn’t notice a substitution. 5 min after we left, a man came out without any coffee and asked if it was always this bad there, so it’s not just us. I do like the sunny benches out front.
