A lot of miscommunication between nurses and the prescriptions given by the doctor. For example I went to the war doctor & was a new patient and the doctor himself told me he can’t do anything so he will prescribe me ear drops for the week and that prescription never got sent to the pharmacy. Called and asked the nurse, she had no clue which medication I was talking about. You will be in pain but the doctor and nurses can’t help you. It’s funny how a ear doctor can’t do anything to clear your ear wax. Went twice and I am still getting follow-up visits but no proper treatment.
