30 days after i have vacated my apartment the management had failed to return deposit. The apartment was given in really poor condition, and was returned in good condition, no damages were made to the apartment, the super rarely fixed anything and the management stated they cant return the deposit unless they have a tenant. NYC law states that the deposit must be returned with in a reasonable time frame, i will now be taking my claim to the attorney generals office for further investigations. Please do not rent from this management, your apartment will look like crap, your items will be destroyed by falling ceilings parts and you will have to hire an electrician to figure out what outlets work or not (unless you are handy). Bottom line you will lose your money many ways in this money pit.
