Crappy service. It takes them at least 5 minutes to get a pair of shoes from the back and the cashiers take forever to ring up a customer. Hands down, the worst Footlocker ever. I don’t care about it’s location, it’s convenience, their customer service is beyond lousy.

it’s pretty rare that i have horrible experiences in a retail store to the point where i just want to scream or shoot myself. usually, i would not even put up with really bad experiences, but after having moved to Flushing and wanting to start finally exercising/getting my run on, I wanted to buy some running shoes. remembering that there was randomly a Foot Locker in downtown Flushing, I decided to just get some shoes there instead of going somewhere further or even into the city. when i walked into the store and throughout the entire time i was in the store, they had really(sorry for my terms) ghetto music playing. and i don’t even mind that it’s playing, but the music was BLASTING. you had to talk at the top of your lungs just to communicate with the attitude-y store associates. the first girl i asked to help me, i gave her the shoe i wanted to try and told her i wanted it in a size 7.5. she came back and brought me two pairs, and said they didn’t have the color i wanted(purple), so she brought me a red/white pair and blue/white pair. i thought it was odd since i didn’t see either of those colors on the wall, but i figured i would try the size out at least. after trying them on, they were way too big on me. i had to flag down another associate and tell her that the pair of shoes were too big on me. she looked at them, asked me who had got them for me. then proceeded to the other girl and yelled at her saying she got me men’s shoes. i thought it was very unprofessional that she yelled at her coworker for a mistake. i was also irritated that the first girl who helped me really seemed like she had no clue whatsoever about working there. so the second girl helped me and brought me back the same shoes in all black and said they didn’t have any other colors. so i tried them on anyways, brought them back up to the register saying i didn’t want to buy them cause i didn’t like the all black. she then exclaimed, oh we have it in turquoise. i was utterly confused/irritated at this point since she had just told me she had no other color besides all black. i told her i wanted the turquoise ones, paid for them and left. i haven’t had such a bad experience in god knows how long, i don’t even remember. although the second girl was helpful in actually finding me something i liked, she just had SOMUCHATTITUDE along with it. they really need some management up in this location. lucky for them i was practically desperate to get some running shoes, otherwise there’s no way i would’ve even stayed in there.

If you thinking of return an item, they will say to you«r u kidding? «at first. this is the worst customer service I ever experience ! I was being ruded by a cashier, who asking me to «stop talking». At first I was thinking she just joking with me, but after she told me cant return and come back tomorrow talk with manager, I start relize is not funny! Anyway at the end I got my refunded, coz she check my ID, my Credit Card, review the camera and spoke the sales person who sell me the item to me verified is brand new UNWORN. thx for all the time spenting in Footlocker !
