I’ve shopped here before and never had a problem. Let me talk about the amazing customer experience I had today. I went today shopping with my mom and looked around as usual and eventually purchased a dress. After shopping here we went to other places in sky view center. At the end of our trip, I realized I lost the parking ticket and I panicked and searched the stores I might have dropped it. When I came to this store again, the same cashier who had rung me out (Dwayne), saved me when he knew what I was searching for. My mother was right that he could’ve just thrown it away and couldn’t careless, but when I came in searching for it, he and this other girl had the ticket safe. I wasn’t expecting to ever find the ticket and wasn’t ready to face my mothers fury. I’m really glad the employees in this store are friendly!

Although it was a decent sized store, there is very limited selection. I walked around the whole store in 15 minutes.
There are seats near the jewelry/​shoes section so you can sit there and wait for your friends to finish selecting and trying on clothes.
On the plus side, they have a decent selection of candies by the cash register that you can buy and eat while waiting.

Can’t really say if it’s the best F21 out there since their collection is smaller than the others. Having this location opened makes it convenient to make returns and there’s a men’s and plus size section too. The concept for F21 red is cheap prices but I haven’t seen much of a difference in the price range and clothes quality. Limited sizes in the sales rack, located next to the cash registers. Fitting rooms is towards the back near the lingerie/​plus size sections.

I love Forever 21!!! There clothes are awesome. All summer wardrobe for your shopping pleasure. Beautiful dresses, tops, beautiful jewelry and sandals. I love this new store and its so convenient.

Wow! The stuff here is just so ridiculously cheap! $ 1.90 for a camisole! $ 5 T-​shirt! We can keep go on & on talking about how cheap the prices here. This place is still pretty new. It is located inside the Skyview mall. We can’t really say much about the service other than the staff were somewhat polite. If you’re looking for something ridiculously cheap to wear, this place is definitely worth stopping by!

Although I wasn’t able to find anything I really wanted, the rest of my family did lol
This place is very spacious and clean (I have a feeling it’s not going to stay that way for long).
I was surprised to find this place open already, but was excited nonetheless. They have a lot stuff and better stuff than the one at QCM. I can’t wait to see what they’ll have for winter. The only downside is they only have one changing room for men and women.
I was in love with their basics section, but it was so crowded that I wasn’t able to browse through everything without bumping into someone. I recommend coming on a weekday.

Was here earlier in the day. Not bad got like 2 skirts.
When I asked someone to help me find a size, he was like it’s probably there and kind of brushed me off and just walked away
Then I asked someone else, their like oh look there, I’ve been looking there for the past 10 mins I’m obviously asking you because I can’t find it, very annoying I feel like they some hire people that actually wanna work.
I kept hearing them complaining about it’s so messy I don’t wanna be in section
When I go to the register the girl that was checking me out was super nice at least that part was good

Finally the Grand Opening of Forever 21 Red this morning at 10AM, I purposely missed the event because I have no patience to wait on that ridiculous line. I was in search of an affordable sandals and my mom found a few for me. The prices are soooooo amazingly affordable like camis for $ 1.90 and there were no XLs for my poor mom since Forever 21 products are cut for a skinny ass teenager.
