Han Kook Car Service

Very bad service. They don’t accept non Korean customers. No service for non Korean. At the end I got «four two’s car service» which very good service.

This Korean cab company (there are many so pick those! NOT this one!) advertises $ 3 off on all fares. After their advertisement, I called the night before I needed their services to reserve a cab service for 5 a.m. for my 5:30 morning service at my church in College Point. They told me to call just 30 minutes before so I did. I called at 4:30 a.m. and told them to come by 5 a.m. They came at 5:28! That night I needed car service from The View Lounge 45^th St and 7^th Ave. to Little Neck. They quoted me $ 30.00 for the fare. The driver did NOT go through the Midtown Tunnel but proceeded to charge us the extra $ 5 toll fee and he couldn’t add. He said the $ 5 and the $ 30.00 is $ 37.00. One of my friends who did not want to continue to argue just paid the driver. The driver was also an illegal resident and I doubt their cars are insured TL&C. But I will NEVER call 1−718−888−8282 for their services!
