Though this branch is conveniently located and quieter compared to other branches but unless there were less customers coming this branch I don’t know why its no longer opened but wouldn’t be be surprised by how they treated some of the customers when it first opened. I remember needing a reference from the bank to open a bank account elsewhere and in a rush and had no time to go to my home branch which was a little far off. At this branch, there was a representative who kept me waiting in the waiting area though he was not with a customer and knew I was waiting for over twenty minutes. When I asked what I needed he introduced himself and shaked my hand and apologized for my waiting. Through the twenty minutes meeting/talking with him he was more interested in wanting to do business in opening accounts with my family members when I really needed was a reference and as a bank customer he is obligated to do so. He eventually did type up a reference but with grammatical errors that made it useless-unprofessional. Needless to say I had to use another reference from another bank. The representative was also bit snobby.

The location is perfect for when I want to grab toxic bell. It’s a kill two birds with one stone deal. The corner is a little dangerous and parking on the street is risky cause you never know. This block is really narrow and should’ve been a one way heading south. The two way street makes it confusing to drive on. On the bright side, this location has a private parking lot that can park up to 6 cars with ease so when in doubt Park in the lot to be on the safe side. The ATM is well-lit and never has anyone harrassing the patrons.
