A gigantic flattened piece of fried chicken. Emphasis on the GIANT. Reminded me of the famous stall known for their fried chicken near ladies market in Hong Kong. Pretty good. Super crispy(as expected) on the outside. Chicken wasn’t dry. Eat it while it’s hot but careful not to burn your tongue! Only complaint was that their seasoning on the batter wasn’t spread evenly. Some parts of the chicken were saltier than others. Some were spicier.

This is the best Taiwanese spiced popcorn chicken out there. Perfectly priced combo comes with a free soda.

It’s in the New York Food Court. Got the House Pork Chop crispy. Everything is crispy, including the lettuce and tomato. It is like an American twist on a pancake dish. Check in to redeem a good portion of free popcorn chicken nuggets.

There IS one food court stall(hint: Roosevelt Ave, but NOTNWM basement) that offers comparable dining service.

What even is this? I didn’t really understand it but the macro larger-than-life wall photo they have up was too enticing to pass up. It’s a sandwich, I guess. But all the ingredients in it are perfectly fine on their own. I got a crispy fish and it was delightfully fried. I was hoping it’d be smaller so that I could save room for food from other stalls… but it was quite enough and that was that. This is the sort of food you get when you’re upset with the world and need a greasy hug in your mouth. I can’t wait to try their other things!

Honestly I saw pictures from here like a month ago and I always been wanting to try it but today I finally got the chance. Tbh I didn’t really enjoyed! I ordered the grilled pork chop original pancake. Maybe bc I had like high expectation after looking at pics so when I finally got my hands on it, it didn’t leave up to my expectation. When I first got it I thought the packaging was sort of cute bc they put it on this wide box with their name on it and put it in with this paper. When I was starting to eat all the ingredients inside are starting to fall off. The pancake was a mess bc one side are smaller than the other. Anyway the pork chop the flavor tasted kinda weird to me and a little lack of flavor. After struggle for a min or two I finally gave up and ate it individually. The pancake itself it’s REALLY good but the pork chop needs more work. The white sauce I barely got any which I think it will make my food way more delicious if they put more. OH, the food do tend to get Oily so get more Napkin.

JB Crispy Pancake is the epitome of one one word: potential. These guys know what they’re doing, a mini crispy scallion pancake sandwich with a FRIEDEGG. Need more to say? I ordered the catfish and need to say, the right dinner. The scallion pancake bun has the perfected cook, right amount of crisp plus no excess amount of grease equals a firm foundation. My catfish is perfectly crispy and seasoned as well. I love how I didn’t get an overwhelming dollop of mayo and my lettuce and tomato is fresh. Definitely worth the 10 minute wait and hope this spot stays for a while. This unique spot balances out the excess of bubble tea, dumpling and ghetto ma la tong joints.

I love this place so much!!! This place stood out due to the wide variety of specialties, like chicken in all shapes and sizes, pancakes, sandwiches, etc. This place was somewhat crowded and had food sitting out for looking and salivating over. Mike from Off the Great Wall( ) actually made a video on his other channel about the mall and this place is in the background. The menu was great, but since we tried so many other things at the other stalls, we stopped here to try their breaded chicken cutlet. It was massive, and who could resist? It came out pretty quickly and was so hot and fresh. The chicken was not too greasy and the breading wasn’t too thick. The chicken was so good, very savory, with all of the seasonings. One of the best chicken cutlets I have ever had. This isn’t really considered«Chinese» food, but the Chinese cooking methods and the passion was all there.

Oh my god. Everything here is so perfectly crispy and flaky and delicious. The owner here was very friendly. Everything is cooked to order, but comes out quick. We tried the crispy chicken nuggets(basil popcorn chicken). Our order was ready within a few minutes and came out hot. Each piece was tasty and spicy and crunchy. I love basil popcorn chicken and this place trumps all(lollicup, tkettle, vivi, new world mall, I could go on forever). After finishing our chicken, we went back and tried the pork sandwich per the owner’s suggestion, which was just as crispy and delicious. I am definitely coming back here every time I’m by Flushing. Did I mention the food court it’s located in is 10x cleaner(for now) than new world mall?

Flaky, fattening, oily, delicious and decadent pancakes. JB Crispy Pancake is absolutely delicious. Out of the entire New York Food Court, this place is my boyfriend’s favorite! The cashier is also super friendly, and prices are low(as expected). Also, portions are huge, so one pancake sandwich is good enough for an entire meal!

Great service. Owner went out of way to provide good service. The food was out of this world good. If you like fried food, this is a definite must. The way they prepare the food makes it so juicy and tasty. Definitely a taste of Taiwan right here in Flushing. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Great service! The guy even bought our orders out. Basically a scallion pancake wrap and you can request for grilled chicken, spam, etc inside. Taste delicious but can be a bit on the greasy side. Ask for less sauce because they like to over dose. The popcorn chicken is delicious! It has a nice spicy kick to it.

This is one of the food stalls inside the New York Food Court( ), and it’s all about them crispy pancakes. No, it’s not what you’re thinking of. They’re not really«pancakes», but they’re deep fried crispy greasy dough that’s soaked with oil. And they stuff even more fried things inside: chicken, pork chop, special pork chop(wut?), fish, etc. BUT the even more enticing part is FRIEDEGG in every sandwich. Of course, since they recently just opened, expect a long wait(I think I waited about half an hour or so) and be ready with more than a few napkins(my poor phone was soaked in oil and I couldn’t even Swype no mo)…
