Well, for the receptionist attitude i did walk out the door even before i registered to see the Dr. but then for my allergy problem and thought that since i was there and i couldn’t find another dr. yet for allergy so i went back in and gave it a try. It turned out dr chiang is a good dr. not so bad. When i got there, the receptionist said to me w a look that like don’t know who you are and said«Yes.» I just ignored it and kept going, «how long i will wait for it?» She said,” 4 person ahead of you, one hour.” then another one came out saying that if i can’t see the dr now, don’t bother to fill out the registration form because she will throw it away. What is this? If this has happened in else where, every companies will know what should they do. Drs. there, what is going on?

Being a parent you are naturally concerned when your child is sick. Now when your child breaks out in hives all over your body you get extra anxious. So when I called the office to speak to them not only were they RUDE they don’t even listen to what you are trying to say! I speak to the receptionist telling her that since my son is still on medication, will I need to wait until he is finished with the medication before bringing him in for tests? And she said«no you don’t understand me» and repeats my initial statement and confuses me even more. She keeps repeating my concern but when I ask her she keeps saying no with an attitude. Doctors get a bad name because their front desk staff give their clients an attitude and being rude. I think I will look for another doctor because this is how they treat their patients.

First impression: I asked the receptionist in person for an appointment, and she responded back in one-worded answers, rude tone, no eye to eye contact, no care or acknowledgement at all. This female receptionist is extremely rude with no personality or friendliness whatsoever. If you want to conduct good business, hire a presentable and friendly person to help bring in business because you just lost a potential client.

We brought our 3 yr old son there 1st time, to check his allergy nose. At first, the nurse told us that we need a referral, which never happened before, not even we seen a specialist or a surgeon. Then we met the doctor, she only asked about what my son allergic to but never check my son’s nose, and push us to have a food allergy test, which is using very thin needles, about 33, to poke holes on toddler’s back then apply allergen to skin to see the allergic reaction. Thank god they keep saying we need a referral to do it and didn’t do it on my son’s back until we bring them the referral. We were there to check his nose, not food allergy. I know what food my son allergic to; I don’t need them to tell me. I just want to see what we can do to his nose so he can breathe well. We are not going back, never. All they want is to claim money from insurance for the allergy test.

I go to Dr. Chiang weekly for allergy shots(I’ve suffered from allergies since I was little), and got two allergy tests done with her. She is an excellent allergist and a sweet lady to boot. Only complaint I have is that there are often long waiting times in her office, but I suppose that is to be expected when a doctor is good!
