Dr. Oh and the front desk lady are nice. I was referred to Dr. Oh by my classmate from Baruch College who finished her braces treatment at Smile Line Orthodontics for a free consultation, and I could say that it provided me a good service. The only reason I did not end up going to this office was because it did not offer a discount for full payment upfront, which was a disadvantage to me. Nonetheless, it is definitely worth checking out!

I got my braces here, this place is super clean, equipments are new and Dr. John is very thorough and has nice bedside manners.
UNLIKE many Flushing clinics, at this place, with an appointment you never have to wait over 15 mins. I hate having to wait so long to see a doctor when I have an appointment!
Also, the receptionist is really sweet, polite and provides good service, she even remembers my appointment preferences! She always calls to remind me my appointment is coming up a few days in advance.
They will occasionally give you toothpaste samples, or calendar during new year. Overall, really pleasant experience with them, I highly recommend this place!
PS. when i go to my regular dentist for checkup (Dr John only does orthodontics so you’ll have to find another doctor for regular exams), my dentist says that my orthodontics doctor did a great job!
