AVOID! they’re so incompetent! I wish I could give them 0 stars. The phlebotomist was extremely rude. I came for a gastrin serum test which needs to be placed in –20C ASAP because gastrin degrades within 4 hours at temps greater than 4C. She refuses to do so responding in broken English and did not seem to understand the word ice or freeze. I even show her a gastrin test info handout FROM lab corp saying it must be frozen!!! And she refuses to look at it saying that she won’t do it no matter what I tell her. Wth is her problem!?! DO NOT COME HERE!

Scheduled an appointment at 8:30am for Sunday morning. Waited 45 mins til they were ready for me. And the test took 5 mins…
I don’t understand why people who came after me could get called before me?! And I have an appointment!!!
Waste of life. Too early in the morning!

I went there first thing in the morning & was quick, the guy took my paperworks, called in and I was done. Didn’t even sit & wait. What would I expect, was amazing experience. Might be very expensive but my insurance covered $ 550 blood work. Thank you.
