I was very impressed with their service. Fixed price but very reasonable. Gave me the options and I felt comfortable.

Jimmy is absolutely amazing. This is my second time I came to Jimmy. My first time I shattered my screen and I got it repaired with the original Apple screen. Second time, I dropped it, the touch pad inside was broken and Jimmy fixed it in 30 min for me both times. He does it for a very resonance price. The original Apple screen for around$ 145 and another screen which is similar for $ 115, he also gives a free screen tempered glass screen protector. He works really fast, he is very trustworthy and honest. I don’t see why you wouldn’t go to him. Jimmy does a fantastic job. I recommend him to all my family, friends and acquaintances.

Literally just left Lazy Bee feeling completely relieved and satisfied. My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 screen terribly cracked last night to the point of no return. The screen went black. I immediately called Lazy Bee inquiring about price and time, and Jimmy was very helpful and assured me that it could done before my trip the next day.
The fix took less than a half hour and my phone came out looking new. I really appreciate that Jimmy even fixed my home button on the spot! I highly recommend this business for phone repairs.

I cracked my iPhone 6 back in November, however I go to school upstate and it was kinda pricey to fix at our local repair shop. I had many friends who have fixed their phones at Lazy Bee however I never had the need to fix anything till now. My phone was cracked and missing a piece of the glass at the top corner. Jimmy, the guy who fixed my phone was very knowledgable and quick about my repair. He inspected my phone to check for any other issues (i.e. touch ID, volume buttons, lock button etc). I left for about 30 – 45 mins to grab lunch with a friend, came back and it looked brand new! He explained how the compass app should have a black background indicating there are no red or white pixels, tested the cameras (front & back, also there was a crack over my front camera, so yay for HQ selfies again!) Jimmy is so wonderful! I came in to fix my iPhone 6 Plus screen a few months ago, after cracking my screen for the first time ever. I called Jimmy prior to coming to his shop. He told me the price would be $ 125 if the LCD light was ok (no yellow spots on the display) and $ 145 if the LCD light wasn’t working properly (you can see yellow spots on the screen). I ended up paying $ 145, but I didn’t mind because Jimmy was also kind enough to tell me why the prices were so high. Apparently, since the iPhone 6s came out recently and because the iPhone ⁶⁄₆ plus screens are diminishing, the prices are raised almost every week. Anyway, Jimmy told me to fix the LCD display and screen would be about 20 mins, which wasn’t a bad time at all; he ended up spending up about 10 mins total fixing everything while he and I had a great conversation. I am very pleased with the results. In fact, the screen looks clearer than the one that was on the phone when I purchased it almost a year ago! Again, I thank Jimmy for being in business and for charging a fair price and also explaining why the market prices were being raised. I’ll definitely return to Jimmy if I ever need him :)

Great repair shop. Honest work. My HTC M8 battery was failing and the repair guy fixed it within a few hours. He helped ordered the parts and when the parts came in I got notified to come in with the phone and it was fixed a few hours later.

Honest and trustworthy business. This place has been around forever. I literally grew up to this store. All the way back to when nokia’s had blinking batteries and nextels with clear housings. Nothing’s changed, same owner, still the same fast and great service. My girlfriend dropped her iphone 6 so she needed her screen replaced asap, called Jimmy and told me to come in, 20 minutes and I was out of there. Not to mention his unbeatable pricing, he’s worth every dollar. Don’t forget to check-​in for your free temper glass!

This is gonna be a long review y’all. Unlike a lot of people leaving reviews about Lazy Bee my issue wasn’t a simple cosmetic fix. In fact, if the issue was with my battery or even my charging port it would have been just as easy for Jimmy to do. If I could have been so lucky. I, my friends, had the misfortune of buying an unlocked phone (off CL of course) that would not charge. The phone «said» it was charging… but died the second day I got it. No reply from the seller. Can’t take it to Apple. I’m SOL. Did a bunch of research and came up with the answer. There was probably an issue with the ICU chip. Great!
Went around to countless repair shops asking if anyone could fix it and they all looked at me like I was crazy. One place even said that they could try but there was a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance the phone could short completely because of the attempt. Even let a shop replace the port and battery to no avail. A glimmer of hope came when I spoke to a repair guy in Brooklyn that gave me the number of someone they knew who could do it. Texted the number and brought it in as soon as I could.
Immediately he knew it needed a deeper repair. But when Jimmy attempted to replace the chip the phone rejected it. It was now officially the phone from hell. Any other shop and repair guy would have probably stopped there and said «I can’t repair it I’m sorry». But not Jimmy. He called another guy he knew back in Brooklyn. He gave me clear directions to his friend Wayne’s shop and after a bit of a journey I found Wayne in a small informal repair place in Brooklyn’s Chinatown. Wayne spoke very little English but was so kind and reassured me he’d look into it.
Communicating with them both I was told it was a software issue as well. They would both have to fix it separately. I kept thinking it would cost me more than the stupid phone itself. But after a few weeks when it was finally all said and done it costs me around $ 80! For all of that. The parts, the work, the delivery guys transporting the damn thing back and forth from Queens to Brooklyn. They could have quoted me a crazy amount and I wouldn’t have been shocked. But they didn’t!
My phone was basically a paperweight until Jimmy. And no other repair men that I know of could have done what they did. Took well over a month, some serious persistence on my part, but Jimmy is in a league of his own.

I’m usually good with taking care of my cellphone but I lucked out last year and broke my cellphone twice in two months. I called around different shops and found this place was offering the cheapest service so I came and got it fixed. I had to get entire digitizer for my phone switched out and Jimmy is so good that it only took him less than 20 minutes to fix it and it was back to mint condition! Just make sure that he carries supplies for your carrier and model in advance (I had difficult time finding digitizer for galaxy S4 in white color for Verizon at other places I called but got lucky and he had the last one in stock for me). Some other shops that «offer repair services» will literally take the phone to these guys and take extra charge as a middle man. Might as well go to Jimmy’s shop and get it done quicker for cheaper price (it was cheaper by at least $ 30-​$ 40 I believe).
The second time I broke my phone I took it right back to him without hesitation and he worked on my phone even after it was beyond his store hour. Then after I took the phone and left the shop I realized I had some malfunctioning menu and back button so I went right back into his shop only to realize he had been gone! I tried to call his business number, he wasn’t picking up, I was so helpless, didnt know what to do, just standing on the street at the corner of the mall and he must have seen my helpless look on me, I see him jump out of his car parked in front of the mall and asks me what’s going on! He was with his family but he had them wait and offered to fix my phone right away. It took him probably less than 10 – 15 minutes to fix it with the entire new set of parts and to this moment I am really grateful that he did that for me.
He is quick, reasonably priced, and a very knowledgable guy, he can give you some good tips for your phone and carriers. I will 100% recommend this place to everyone and I will return here myself should I break my phone again.

After a fun night fueled by copious amounts of wine, my iPhone 6 did a nice faceplant with the a hard concrete floor, rendering it totally unusable for the rest of the evening. A panic-​stricken search on Unilocal the next morning led me to Jimmy at Lazy Bee, who does his work within Busy Mall in Main Street, Flushing. There’s nothing more comforting than someone who takes a studious look at your tragically torn up screen and says, «No problem. Give me thirty minutes.»
In fact, he was done in less than that time, furnishing my phone with a brand new OEM screen. He took the time to thoroughly explain his pricing (which had recently gone up to $ 110 from his usual $ 90 because of the recent increase in screen costs), as well as a few things about my phone that I hadn’t noticed, like the fact that my phone was just slightly bent, which was why my old screen had been separating at the seams. He also discerned that I’d gotten my phone replaced not too long ago (I had, by the MacFix in Brooklyn) and he told me that I’d not only been overcharged, I’d been given an aftermarket screen of lesser quality. My new screen comes with a 45 day warranty, which guarantees his work, excluding things like water or liquid damage.
I couldn’t be happier about finding Lazy Bee, who made such quick, reasonably priced work of what I thought was irreparable damage. I highly recommend Jimmy for any and all catastrophes that may befall your cellphone.

After a night of drinking, I woke up confused and my phone was covered in water.
Wth right? Idk either.
Anyways, after putting it in rice for 30 mins, it kinda worked again, but a couple of hours later, as I was using it, the screen turned into a mosaic of white and random colors.
Ha. ha. I panicked for a while, but I remembered Jimmy the angel magician and decided to pay him a visit first thing the next day
He legit fixed it in 15 mins while we were having a conversation!
I didn’t expect to be back so soon. lol
But just know that Jimmy the angel magician not only fixes CRACKED SCREENS, but also WATER DAMAGE too!

There was only one man working at the store and it is quite small so you won’t be able to miss it. I went in there because the screen of the iphone 5c was already broken and was hoping that he could fix it. My phone died but he was willing to charge it. He is really helpful and also checked other parts of my phone to make sure that it is ok.
The man said to come back in 35 minutes so I just browsed around Flushing. When I came back it was good as new!!! Quick and efficient! He even showed me the difference between a knockoff replacement screen and the legit one. You can tell that the ones that he uses to replace the cracked screen is legit because it gives off more yellow hues. He also advised me ways to prevent it from being cracked again.
Price is actually reasonable and I am willing to go there again if there are any more problems with me phone ($ 80, I believe). I am telling all my friends about this store too since their phones have cracked screens as well.

So of course while I’m away on vacation, my mom drops her phone and the screen blacks out. I immediately get on Unilocal and find LazyBee. They have great reviews and was located right by my job.
We came in on Tuesday evening and Jimmy took a look at the phone and immediately informed us my mom’s Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is an international phone, not a Tmobile phone. Which means she needs an international screen. This immediately made sense to me, my brother and I purchased the phone online from China. Jimmy told us he could call a friend to get the screen but we would have to come back tomorrow.
We called him around 12pm Wednesday and he told us he had gotten the screen in and it would be $ 150 to replace it. We dropped it off at 530 and picked it up an hour later. The phone looked brand new and Jimmy was very helpful at explaining the details.
