I was shocked when realizing this location has NEVEREVER been a participant of any TV promo in the past. I understand that«participanting locations may vary», but seriously?! From dollar cheese burger, to dollar chicken nuggets, and to recent $ 2.5 combo special, they’ve never had any. speechlessly horrible.

For the volume of customers they have, they maintain a competitive level of customer service and efficiency in comparison to other fast food restaurants in the area. MickyD’s ain’t fine dining but their product is consistent. I will occasionally stop in for the $ 1 half cut sweet tea(half sweet tea half unsweetened tea over ice). If you have never had it before you need to try the sausage, eggs and cheese McGriddle. There is syrup built into the pancake«bun» of this breakfast sandwich. It is heavenly! Favorite things to order: Half cut Sweet Tea Hazelnut iced coffee Mocha Frappé Sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle

They have no idea what customer service is. They open late, don’t knowledge you waiting and don’t give you proper greeting of the day. Your at work take out your headphones.

I don’t normally come to McDonalds but I decided I wanted some cheap soft serve ice cream. I asked for the snack size McFlurry with Reese’s Pieces. The person who took my order was nice enough. She told me I had to pick up my order at the front. I went there and I asked the lady if this was the right place and she didn’t answer so I asked again. She asked me if I could wait. I said that I was just asking a question… Can she answer? To which she replied I said yes, which I clearly had not heard.(Otherwise why would I ask again?!) She then made my McFlurry and it was barely even half way filled so I mentioned that and she said that’s how much we give you. At this point I was fed up so I told her I don’t want it anymore and want my money back. I had to go back to the cashier and explain it to her. She just had me talk to a manager who was pretty much the only good thing about the place. He was very understanding, gave me the money back and apologized for the trouble. I still won’t be back. Oh and the free wi fi doesn’t work!

This McDonald’s is the worst. I gave them the receipt for free burgers but they still charged me. She just took the recipt and doesn’t say anything. The cashier just sigh and doesn’t answer my questions correctly. She’s being so lazy. They don’t have any sodas and food available. They doesn’t give me any recommendations of food. They are being so racist. Also, doesn’t tell me any information on what they have They only help their own nationality. That cashier is being so rude and doesn’t look into my eyes while I’m talking. Hope she gets fire. Also, the food doesn’t taste good. I paid over $ 5 and the food is bad. All the food taste so bad. It taste like the food has medicine in it.

I rarely eat McDonald’s.and in the rare instance that I do, I prefer to avoid this location. This McDonald’s has been open for a really long time. Like. more than 2 decades. loll The main reason I choose to avoid this one and rather walk to the McDonald’s on Roosevelt, is because of the staff behind the counter. They’re lazy and incompetent. For example, last week, I had a filet o’ fish, 2 for $ 4. Order came out fairly quickly. I was gonna leave, but I was craving. So I sat down and started to eat one. After my first bite, I’m like, something is missing. I opened it up. Sure enough, no tartar sauce! Like. WTF. It’s the delicious tartar sauce that completes the Filet o’ Fish! Not cool.

It’s McDonald’s so there is no need to elaborate. As far as food is concerned, it’s pretty consistent with the brand. But service once again let you down.

Received a McRib sandwich with bottom half of the bun missing — did employees cut class from this all-important sandwich-making lesson at Hamburger University?

Went upstairs to meet with some people.(No Starbucks in sight). After it’s over I need to pee and … WTF is THIS? A coin-operated bathroom door??? I go downstairs and inquire w the cashier who says I need a TOKEN to unlock the bathroom. How do I get a token? Not by paying for it for like $ 0.20(bad enough) but for buying their crappy food! Ahhh… NO! I laugh and say to him: That almost sounds illegal… *pushes receipt button, hands me receipt* Him: Show this to that guy for your token. Damn right.

I’m not sure if there’s ever been a MickeyD that’s closed down from bad business, but this one’s been in Flushing for 20+ yrs. Wknd brunch used to be awesome with Ko here, but she retired, bless her heart. Same food, less friendly staff than the city, but please MAKEUP your mind for your walk up window. Where can I get the McCafe or smoothies? Sometimes it’s window only, sometimes register only, sometimes both. And you’d have lined up before hearing it’s not available at where you stand and gotta go wait on another line… This is New York, and I don’t got time! Please fix, thanks!

This McDonald’s has always been bad. Yet I’m an idiot for going back. Service is always terrible. I witnessed one girl who worked there by the name of Deja one time yelling at a customer for giving her exact change. They always manage to screw up your order and not acknowledge their error.

I give this place only 2 stars purely out of nostalgia. This has probably been the longest standing fast food restaurant in Flushing, and as such, my friends and I used to come here after school and hang out on the second floor. This was back when a super-sized #2 could feed two girls for $ 2 a piece. Yea, that long ago. I would’ve upped the stars to 4 since being a franchise, you can’t REALLY go wrong with the food here. But it lost starts due to the below. The reason why I’m even bothering to write a review is this: This place used to hire all Asians. I even remember this cute little Chinese woman who’d always have a smile for all the customers and was quick on her feet despite her age. Food came out fast and hot. However, with the new batch of younger, non-Asian employees, the service here has gone severely downhill. This past weekend, with an incredible hankering for some hot McDonald’s french fries, I walked in to a half empty restaurant. Usually, this location of McD’s is packed to the brim, especially on the weekends, so it was quite a surprise to find no lines whatsoever. Anyhoo, I went to one of two order takers, Andres, who shouted out, CAN I HELPYOU? I ordered my large french fries, and glanced back to where the french fries are held, to which I see two boxes of large fries already filled and sitting there. Well, I know this is not fresh so I explicitly expressed that I wanted a FRESHBATCH. He insisted that these were indeed fresh but I told him that I still wanted something new. He took my money, didn’t give me a receipt, and stared out blankly to the front of the restaurant. After a good 5 – 8 minutes, K was like, I don’t think they’re cooking anything in the fryer? So I asked Andres, to which he replied rudely that they WERE fresh, but then turned around to another man, who didn’t wear a nametag. Let’s just call him… LEROY. So Leroy proceeded to argue with me about the freshness of the fries sitting there… even going as far as telling me that they’re fresh because«he said so». Like… WHATTHE F? This«argument» went on for a good 8 minutes or so, but by the end he’d put in a new batch. Okay jackass, why did you bother arguing with me for? How hard is it for you to dump some damn french fries into the fryer and press a button? Was I asking you to peel some damn potatoes? Throughout the cooking of my fries, he stood there with his disgusting doorag lopsided and gave K and I dirty looks. I don’t understand these workers. Why are they so God forsaken LAZY. And seriously, couldn’t you have saved yourself all the trouble and just make me a new batch to begin with?
