Mr Z Towing

Worlds worst people. They said they were open until 6 pm. Unfortunately, with traffic, I got there at 5:58. They would not help me. They said they were closed.

It’s never a pleasant thing to pick up your car when you get towed — However they weren’t nasty about it and were nice enough throught the process.

Why am I giving 3-​stars to a company that towed my car?
Well because they actually were pretty nice when I got there. It is accessible to public transportation, and although the locale looks a bit shady — there’s a monster church and the DMV within a 10 min walk, so it’s safe.
The old dudes running the joint were pretty polite, drove me to the DMV when I needed a copy of my registration and waited until I was done to drive me back. The entire process was actually pretty painless (minus me shelling out money that I can’t afford to pi$$ away) and I got my car in under an hour with the admonishment, «we don’t want to see you back here again!»
They also auction off cars of hapless morons (like myself) every Saturday, so might be worth it to come by if you’re looking for a car on the cheap.
So, yeah. That’s my review. AOK.
