Got a brand new phone ny clumsy self busted the screen in a week. Stumbled upon this place through Unilocal and i seen great reviews so i pursued it. They didn’t have the screen for my phone on hand so they had ordered the screen and he even ordered me a phone case. Gene is a very respectful and friendly individual who works fast and efficient he literally swaped the screen in 10 min and it looks like my phone is brand new once again. His prices are basically the same anywhere you go but location is perfect for commuting to as opposed to main st where you can’t walk nor drive hopefully i dont have to see gene again but if need be I’d be more than happy to see gene again.

Gene was absolutely wonderful to do business with! Brought him a pretty seriously damaged iPhone 5 and he had a new screen on it faster than we could have imagined, and all that for one of the most affordable prices in the city! He explained the whole process and was very thorough, so I will absolutely be going to him for all my electronics issues.

Gene is a cell phone/​electronic guru. Got my Samsung S4’s mother board replaced as well as the screen in just a couple of hours. He works fast and knows what hes doing. To top it off all work comes with warranty. I would recommend anyone with any cell phone, laptop, tablet problems to bring in to him. You wont be let down.

just literally got my iPhone 6 screen replaced and Gene did an amazing job and he was super chill and made me feel super comfortable like we were already friends and he was really honest, which was very important to me! my phone looks brand new and he really did an amazing job I was sitting right across from him and was able to see what he was doing and everything and he definite knew what he was doing and with ease! highly recommend this place!!!
if you’re looking for someone who knows what he is doing and a person you can trust and looks out for the customers interest and wants what’s best for the customer this is the place!!!

I brought in a iPhone that had a shattered screen and dented casing. I thought the phone was broken for good. Verizon sent me to Gene. He was able to replace the screen for me and it works! Amazing service I have experienced at this place!
Gene repaired my wife’s phone that did not work properly for charging port was out of order. He kindly explained what happened in the phone and what options are available to pick up to get the phone back to working and using with reasonable expense. He provided me quick service to repair the phone that was impressive for me traveled from the Island.
Worth to experience this service if you need help on your mobile device!!!

Verizon recommended this place to fix the shattered screen of my phone.
I gave them a call first, and they were absolutely kind and inviting.
One of the employee offered to give me a drink (I had an irritating hiccup), explained the process and asked me to pick it up within an hour.
It was very badly damaged phone, yet It took less than an hour for them to fix everything.
Thank you Nycellfix for making my phone look brand new again :)

Was recommended by verizon wireless wpi on 219 & northern. Went to fix my iPhone 6 plus, took care of it in less than 30 minutes plus it was cheaper than any other place. Great customer service too. Would definitely recommend you coming here.

My girlfriend’s samsung note 2 went through a software crash so the Bayside Verizon store recommended us to check this store out! Gene is extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgable in his field for fixing phones, tablets, etc. He fixed my phone under 15 minutes! You have to check this store out if you have any questions about your devices! He knows his electronics!

I discovered Gene after dropping my phone on the pavement and shattering my screen. I was in the neighborhood and found Gene and right away he said he could do the job no problem. He was down to earth, funny, knowledgeable and honest. I left my iPhone 6 with him and came back a few hours later and it was ready and looking brand new. I recommend Gene if you have a cell phone crisis!
