It was not really worth the money. The receptionist was talking the whole 4 hours I was there. It was so obnoxious. After I left I still had some blackheads. All they want to do is push you to buy more products.

Very relaxing although they could use some sort of a divider between the beds. Ask for Elaine… she is very thorough, massages were good and she doesn’t talk your ears off. My mom loves her… she swears this is the only treatment that helped her with dark patches. My friend was also snoring away.

I had a great deep cleaning facial done by Elaine today. Unfortunately there was woman a few beds away from me that had her children with her. The sound of them playing was rather disturbing, but it could’ve been worse.
Other than that, the service was great. Elaine was very polite and thorough. $ 35 well spent. I’ll be back next month.

I gave this place two stars because I have been here a couple of times before & had a decent experience overall. The third time I went I had a girl by the name of «Tina» do my facial. I arrived on time for my appointment and I was looking forward to relaxing after a long, hard week. I was extremely disappointed by the overall experience. The facials are priced very reasonably so I was not expecting anything extraordinary but at the very least I deserve to be treated with COURTESY & RESPECT.
Tina was bitchy and rude from the beginning… not sure why? She sucked her teeth every 5 minutes throughout the whole session and spoke in Chinese with another person working there… it sounded like she was complaining about something & it was ANNOYING me as I am lying there quietly just wanting to relax. If there were another person available to do my facial at the time I would have stopped her & demanded that someone else take over. Aside from being a rude and miserable person, she does not follow directions very well & I have to keep reminding her not to do something-​which I told her from the beginning. Also, when she was removing my blackheads it felt like she was literally taking an icepick & stabbing me over & over again. She’s totally inexperienced & the procedure was very painful to say the least. I’ve had facials many times before so I can detect whether someone knows what they’re doing or not. In addition, she left the room numerous times for a long period of time as opposed to the other woman who was working on a client who appeared more attentive & more experienced in giving facials. I have to say I really didn’t mind her disappearing for long breaks so that I can have some peace & quiet but I realize the quality of my facial was compromised. After the facial, I ended up with a migraine & felt nauseous from all of the negative energy she was projecting. So with that said, if you are looking for a person to do your facial avoid Tina & choose one of the more mature looking ladies there. Better yet, find somewhere else to get a facial… why risk the aggravation?
