Stay somewhere else. I found bed bugs in my bed on the last day of my stay. Called front desk and general manager came in and said he found no evidence when there was a clear dead bug on the bed. I have photos of when it was alive. Tried to get a refund and they claimed that I never went to the front desk to complain.

To even give a fragment of a star for this hotels’ performance is close to being considered a miracle! Upon arriving the place, it gave an unwelcoming vibe and tension portraying a sense of bitter, and unsatisfying hospitality. We checked in at exactly 1:00 am, and we asked how long we would be given the room for. We were told that we would have the room for 24 hours. We agreed, so we all chipped in for a room on the fourth floor. The room was clean, it was also quite satisfactory, but the service was far from hospitable. We left our room at exactly 11:00 am to do a little shopping(we had to buy under garments and soap), and came back at 12:40 come to find out that our key cards were not unlocking our door. We went downstairs to concierge service to ask what was going on, and the woman at the front desk told us that it was past our designated checkout time. All of our stuff was in the room, and the locked the door. We explained to the woman that we were told we’d have the room for a full 24 hours, yet she told us that if we wanted to go back in the room, we’d be charged for another night. I was a little skeptical because why do I have to pay to get my stuff? Regardless, the woman finally came around, and she gave us 30 mins to go upstairs and get our personal belongings. This was just the beginning of our migraine. As we were collecting our belongings, we heard someone creeping behind the door. One of my friends opened the door, and a large, stocky Chinese man stormed in the room and threatened us to leave in a very disrespectful manner. We tried communicating with him politely, but he yelled, and got in our faces. Not to mention, he cursed, and only got louder and louder. We asked to speak to someone higher up then him, but he insisted that he was the«boss». Long story short, we got jipped, and disrespected for well over 200 $(not to mention plus tax). If you’re looking for a place to stay in Flushing, look elsewhere. Go to Best Western if you want a room at a reduced price, and great hospitality.

Rooms are musty and customer service is awful. When I arrived I was second in line. Young attendant became flustered and older attendant went to side room as he saw line start to gather. full process took over 45 minutes! I asked for 6 towels and was told I could only have 4. Then our soap and shampoo dispenser broke in the bathroom. The same attendant ran up with tiny bars of soap and said they didn’t have shampoo. So sorry. On a good note. I didn’t see bed bugs.

Very pleased with the hotel service and room. Bathroom surgically clean, higher quality linen, comfortable bed, Chinese TV stations available, free hot breakfast, in the heart of Chinatown in Flushing. Close to Main St subway station for the 7 express and local train to Manhattan. Front desk staff very helpful. Will return on next visit to NYC via Laguardia.

less than 5 minute walk from subway station, easy access into manhatten. Very clean room and hotel that seems to be located in a safe 95% asian community. would recommend

I stayed one night at the Ramada in Flushing. Upon check in, they initially could not find my online booking, and had to search a bit to find it. I had confirmed a late check out for both rooms at the time of booking, but was told I’d only be able to get a late check out for one room. I wanted to book 2 adjacent rooms, but when I asked if the adjacent room is available, the desk didnt even bother to check and refused. I requested extra towels and was given an estimate of between one and three hours for delivery. The bathroom smelled like smoke for a non smoking room. I was then accused of smoking in the room.(Although luckily not charged for it). The rooms were clean because everything is new. The service is very poor.

We ended up staying here after our flight from LGA back to Chicago was canceled due to weather. I called and they suggested the hotel because of the location and the fact that they had a shuttle service to/from the airport(NOT!). Aside from being misinformed by , this Ramada hotel was quite nice. We didn’t know it when booking but this hotel is in the Chinatown section of Flushing(the 2nd largest in NY) — the hotel was spotless, the front desk and dining room staff were very nice and the rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed. They serve complimentary breakfast that consisted of fried rice(?) and an interesting soup — along with more traditional breakfast items like oatmeal, cereal, sausages. It was really nice to have that included with the room, especially since we were headed back to the airport after only a few hours of sleep. I also loved the fresh apples at the front desk — we arrived at 2am and were starving so they were a really nice treat!
