I’m always happy with how my eyebrows come out when I go here. They are fast, they listen to what you want and don’t want. I have super sensitive skin and I never had a reaction after a threading. It’s location is super convenient. You can get and mani pedi, eyebrows and a tan all in the same block range.

If I could give this place negative stars I would!!! This is the worst experience in my life. I went to this salon 3 times before for eyebrow threading. Although the work wasn’t perfect, there were no issues. 4 days before my wedding I decided to go full face threading. I came to this salon and said that this is for my wedding and I’ve never done this before. I though how could you mess up threading??? Omg I was crying at my wedding day and for the next week. The dark lines stayed there for 3 weeks. They were very vivid on my wedding day. Do not go to this salon!!! They don’t care. I will be reporting this salon to better business bureau!!!

I go to Reshma’s pretty often, maybe every other week or so. They do an amazing job on my eyebrows and they’re relatively close to my house so it’s extremely convenient. I always find it a chore to come here because I know I will leave with a sour taste in my mouth. This place gets a 2-​star rating because their customer service is poor; they are rude and very unprofessional when working on customers. Every time I come here, I am completely blown away by the fact that every single employee here is capable of threading one’s eyebrows while holding the thread in their mouth and carrying on a full conversation. What the heck?! I came here with a friend that understood their language and evidentially they talk smack about you while you’re sitting there. Okay so let me get it right: not only are you carrying on a full conversation talking smack about me WHILE you’re working AND SOMETIMES SPITTING on my face, but i’m paying you to do it? yeah that sounds about right. Its ridiculous that every employee is so unprofessional here and theres not ONE person you can request for a decent experience. None the less, I always find myself returning because they always do a good job on my eyebrows; however, it should not be the case where I am dreading my next visit. This is the ONLY reason I am not giving them a 1-​star rating. Reshma, I will continue to return to you, but as soon as I find some place more professional, I will not ever return again.

She does an awesome job and is very quick! I don’t know what but my eyebrows last longer when I go to this salon as opposed to another one that I would go before.

Only went here since my reg lady went on vacation. I asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned but the lady went ahead to strip my brows to oblivion.
upsetting because now i need to go au natural and grow my precious brows so they can come back to life.

My go-​to place for threading! I used to go to one of the many places on Main Street ($ 5) but I live much closer to this location and for a dollar more I’ll take it! I like that they take their time with my eyebrows and they let me know if I do a bad job tweezing between my threading sessions and offer me suggestions. Its clean and I usually don’t have to wait long so no complaints here!

This place is a lottery everytime you walk in. My first time eye brow threading was AWESOMMMMM. So i deceided to come back to get my eyebrow threaded and my underarm waxing.
Underarm waxing: better then ANY other place. I have sensitive skin and if i get it from an unprofessional person, it gets reallly irritated and itchy, however, when i got it done this time! I LOVED IT. No pain, no itch.
Eyebrows; TERRABLE. VERY uneven. She didnt put any efforts or time into doing my eye brows.

Horrible! I took a chance by going because I saw how many stars it had but don’t go! The woman was incredibly rough and burned the crap out of me with wax. I will go to Astoria and go back to my girl Joy! Big mistake! First of all I sat in the last seat and the woman was on the heavy side, was very aggressive and rough. I felt her body weight on me and her threading felt like a slow death! She was also rushing yet no one was waiting on line! They also use cheap wax… and she kept waxing quickly and roughly over the same areas!
I started my first day of work with a huge burn on my first day at my new job!
So upset I want to give them a freaking –0!!!

Rude staff
The staff gave discounted rates to my wife on the day she took the appointment and the day she went for her appointment, the guy sitting on register rudely told that they dont do any discounts and that she should find some other cheap salon.

Clean and organized place. Not too small. The owner is there from time to time and is very sweet and accommodating. The first time I had my eyebrows done there she asked how everything was and if I was happy with the services. She was very professional and courteous. And I really did love the way my eyebrows were done. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who had done them but I will be going back.

They know what they are doing. They are very nice ladies and listen to what you are looking for. I love my eyebrows :)

LOVE THIS SPOT! No one quite leaves my eyebrows as perfect as Reshma. After having terrible experiences with waxing at nail salons I tried threading and fell in love. The atmosphere at Reshma is relaxing and clean. There is never really a wait expect during the weekends. My only complaint is they close kind of early (7:30pm everyday) and the parking. The workers are kind and always listen to what you want. I am not a fan of pencil thin eyebrows or ridiculously high arched ones so when I tell the girls how I’d like them shaped they are great & give me the results I want. You can’t beat $ 6.25 for getting your eyebrows done. Overall this is a great place with great service. I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

Pretty nice place. Decent prices, friendly service. They wax, thread, do facials, and sell neat jewelry at the register counter. They have the cards where you come 10 times and the 11^th is free, and the card is free– not like other horrible places that feel they can charge you if you pre-​pay for all 9 or 10. I’ve been coming here for years. Convenient location– right on Francis Lewis Blvd, on the block that has 4 or 5 nail salons. Always busy, but I’ve never waited longer that 5 minutes.

My go to for eyebrow threading. They listen to you especially when you tell them you don’t want them too thin. Plus they have a rewards card for frequent clients.

I went to get my eyebrows threaded at Reshma yesterday after reading all these good reviews but I left with almost no eyebrows and a sour taste in my mouth. I’ve done threading before and I usually go to Rani Spa on Bell Blvd but decided to go to Reshma since it was closer to my house. I went in on a Sunday and had to wait about 15 minutes — I didn’t have an appointment and I didn’t really have anything to do so I didn’t mind the wait. When it was finally my turn at the chair, a young looking woman did my eyebrows. I asked her to shape them but made it clear that I did not want to make them thin. Just touch up on my natural shape and clean up on the hair on the bottom. She said okay so I didn’t think anything of it.
She talked the entire time to another worker, laughing and pausing the threading. I thought it was extremely unprofessional because I was pretty sure they were talking about the previous customer who had just left before I got on the chair. I was also worried because she seemed distracted. Needless to say, when she said she was done, I looked in the mirror and saw a completely different person. My eyebrows were at most ½ cm thick… I gasped in horror and told her I didn’t want them this thin… She just blinked at me and said, «I left some hair on top.» Dumbfounded and pissed but realizing there was nothing she can do to fix it, I paid and walked out. I will NEVER go to this place again!

I read the other reviews and decided to try this place out and boy am I happy! The ladies here do a great job. My eyebrows look great and it only took a few minutes. They even gave me a card to keep track of how many times I go back… the 11^th one is free! They also offer other waxing services. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. Although parking in the area may be limited, it’s well worth a visit!

They gave me a card so that if I go 10x I can get a free eyebrow threading! They also offer you a 50% discount on your 5^th waxing/​facial which makes me want to come here more. Super nice ladies!

This is a nice little threading place. I don’t go here too often because I don’t live nearby and the parking isn’t great but my eyebrows always look sexy when I get them done. The guy who owns the place is always really nice to me too, always really friendly unlike other places I’ve been to. The girls who do your eyebrows don’t look bitchy either. I should come by more often.
