With so many other pharmacies around, this place is usually messy and with a long line.

When I go in the morning, the female cashier on duty is very helpful, polite and courteous. When I go in the evenings after work, I usually see two people working the registers; a girl and a guy. The female cashier, much like the lady on staff in the mornings, is polite, friendly and courteous. The guy… is in the wrong profession. He should be as far away from anything having anything to do with customer service as possible. If he had his own cologne, it’d be Eau de Lowlife. It’s spinoff would be Aqua de Bum. He makes no effort whatsoever to even feign anything resembling politeness. During one of my visits, he was chatting with another employee that he didn’t give me my $ 40 cashback. I actually had to tell him. During my last visit, he rings up my items and as I’m taking my money out, he’s loudly tapping his fingers. Only took me a few seconds to pay as I’d already had my wallet in my hand. Once the transaction was done, no «thank you» or anything. I’m giving that establishment MY money when there are other drugstores with employees who know how to treat their customers. Instead of completing the purchase, I woulda/shoulda just walked out. Well, now I know… Just skip the aggravation and take my business and money elsewhere.

This is our local Rite Aid. They do everything find but don’t really go above and beyond. The shelves are stocked and the pharmacy is decent. The main thing that keeps me from giving them 4 stars is I’ve waited in line for over 7 minutes on multiple occasions when they weren’t very busy. If you need anything drug store related this place gets the job done.
