The best place for repair. Professional. Friendly. Hard working. Does the job! I never write reviews but this is the one place that really deserves it. My phone drowned on a beach and was completely dead. I had thousands of photos from vacation that had not been backed up yet. So I spent a day looking for different repair shops and all of them said they couldn’t fix it. Then, I stumbled upon San San Computer, and they said they could do it! Just cal before you pick up your device to know whether they have it ready. Just a few days later, I was able to get back my phone fully functioning with all my photos back!

Great place to fix you computer. The prices are very reasonable. The staff here is very knowledgable and they will give you a price before you get your computer fixed. I took my computer and my cousins computer here to get fixed. My computer costed me $ 135 because the hard drive needed to be changed and my cousins computer only cost $ 40 dollars for a system restore. I will definitely be returning back to this shop if I ever have any problems with my computer. Thank you so much guys for fixing my computer. You guys are the best.

Honest and hard working! Anytime I have a issue with my computer I always bring it to San San. You can’t beat the prices and there is also student discount available. They communicate with their customers very well and always contact you and go in depth of what is wrong with the computer. Highly recommend this place :)

My Dell computer suddenly died one night because of high temperature. I tried every way to fix it but failed. Then I googled online and found several candidates to call in. San San picked up the phone quickly and gave me a detailed explanation about what will happen in different scenarios. I sent my computer to them on Thursday and they immediately started to test and recover my hdd. I got 99% data back and was charged a fair price.

Last week on Tuesday night I was trying to update my laptop for Norton by accident I press wrong that make icon change to all same icons which was internet explorer. I did some research on to see if I could fix the problem following day but I was unsuccessful doing it.
During Wednesday mid-​afternoon I started research to see if I get the problem fix with cheap price. That when I start research San San Computer came up which is location in Flushing and start to read review. I was pretty much impressed of how positive service was in each of review when read it on my Unilocal account and they even have free quote too. So I did trying free quote to see how much the price was. I also impressed they got back to on same day. Once read my free quote on my message Unilocal account I was like cool definitely go on Thursday get fix up since the price was very cheap.
Following day I went to Flushing to drop off my laptop to San San Computer which was like 11 something. Which I was fear of that there was a lot people in the store. I was surprise that there nobody there on that day. It did take 2 – 3 hours to take look what is problem with my laptop. So in order kill some time before go back San San Computer stay around area Flushing for time being. Once hit 1 something starts head back to San San Computer to see how it going with it. He did say everything back to normal only problem was that IE couldn’t update IE9 since not compatible with Vista. So he suggest me use Firefox. On that day I was pretty happy camper since the problem was fix it only cost me to pay $ 36.00 since give me student discount and San San Computer also take recycle battery which I did bring with me since I buy new one last year. I am definitely come back if have other problem with my laptop and so on. I will definitely recommend to family and friend if they have problem with their.

Absolutely wonderful work. The owner/​worker did a spectacular job on a laptop that was given to me. He also did a 2 week followup to see how things were. Impressed me greatly. That shows commitment which I’ve not seen in other computer places in Flushing.

I currently live in California but my aunt lives in Rego Park, NY and she only recently took up using the computer, at 90 years old I should add. When she had a problem I looked at Unilocal for recommendations for a computer repair service that would do local pick ups and choose San San Computer based on their reviews. Steve took care of picking up the computer, repairing it, bringing it back to her and then returning one more time to drop off and show her how to use an external mouse for her lap top. Their price was very reasonable and I am more than satisfied with how they treated her. They have once again earned a five star review.

This place is great. I broke the hinge of my three year old laptop and brought it in for a quick and free evaluation. The guy gave me a reasonable quotation within minutes, and explained what fixing my laptop would entail. Although the price he quoted was reasonable, I decided to purchase a brand new laptop instead of fixing my existing one. This is where San San really shines. Not only was the guy completely fine with my decision not to repair my laptop, he suggested ways for me to repurpose it! Truly brilliant customer service.

My laptop died when I attempted to install new RAM on my own. I feared the worst, but they had it repaired in only a few hours and had me back up and running, just as they had initially promised. Extremely nice and very helpful. Great place, I will definitely come back. Thanks guys.

I want to start off by saying that I wasn’t pushed to write a review for San San Computer. I don’t get any kind of discount for writing this. This is just my genuine thoughts.
Everyone who works there is really nice and helpful. I dropped my Macbook Pro and the wifi kept saying «no hardware installed». San San Computer was able to fix my laptop in less then 5 hours. That is truly amazing. And they have really fair prices. The apple store, geek squad, etc. would overcharge you and take weeks. You’re so much better off trusting San San Computer.

1^st off, I would like to thank San San Computer for fixing my laptop. Holy Moly this place was quick and way affordable. My girlfriend bought me a new laptop for my birthday, and using it after a month the laptop would not boot up even with full charge. She had bought it from Best Buy and also the 1 year Warranty. Took it to Geek Squad, they said it would be 2 weeks and that they would ship to another State and that it would cost me $ 500 plus shipping and tax. Geek Squad at Best Buy is a joke. Look no where else. This is the place to come. Thanks again San San. (not paid to give them 5 Stars) They deserve more recognition than just a 5 star review. Check them out.

about a month ago my girlfriend had a problem with her mac, it suddenly stopped working, and the mac store shkays its gonnabe 800 $ Plus jitax and your hard drive will be erased! so I found this place on Unilocal and decided to give it a shot, best Idea ever! They changed the motherboard and also fixed an old software problemg, very fair price considerin it is a mac! my second time there was another Mac with coffee all over it! they fixed that too! Again, apple store asked 900o$ plus tax!

Went to apple because my mac pro stop working, they said it would cost $ 800 + to fix or buy a new one, went to San San fixed everything for a fraction of the price.

I despise writing reviews because I’m lazy and would rather be sleeping, but this place deserves some recognition.
Had a problem with my laptop and dropped it off at a different repair shop. They gave it back to me after 2 months and told me the replacement part did not arrive yet. I came to San San and they fixed my problem in one day. And while I was checking out the guy gave me a heads up about their coupon deal, however he told me I didn’t need to go through the hassle and gave me the student discount.
If you have any computer related problems I highly recommend this place.

Awesome San San is the best I just referred my friend, he fixed my iPhone hooked me up with a glass screen protector (sprint charges 40 for these) and fixed the broken vibrator on my phone …30 mins and your done the whole ordeal came out to less that 70 and I bought a charger… Don’t forget to buy the $ 10 for $ 20 deal you save money that way !

Called ahead for a quote to fix a crack iPad Air screen. Got the quote over the phone and said it would be ready within a few hours. Dropped off and they were nice enough to tell me about the 10 for $ 20 coupon on Unilocal.For $ 80 comparing to $ 299 at the Apple Store, this is definitely a bargain.
