This pharmacy does not even deserve 1 star! I went there around 4:30 on a saturday, there’s this man who stands by the door telling me that i cannot go inside the pharmacy because they are closed. He told me they close at 4pm, but the stickers of working hours says 5pm on a saturday. This man starts telling me to stop giving him attitude, if I continue giving him attitude, I will not be able to get my package. I dont understand how this make sense to me. Anyhow, this is by far the worst pharmacy/ups access point! DONOT go to this place people!!!

For those who have insurance, KNOWYOURCOVERAGE before going to this place! Do not trust them even if they say they«confirmed» with your insurance company because they will just tell you it’s not covered and make you pay upfront in cash. I went to this place only because it was near my doctor’s office and I was in a hurry to get my prescription order in. A lady at the pharmacy register asked for my insurance card and said she can check for me if my insurance covers the drug. I said go ahead(BIGGESTMISTAKE) and waited about 15 minutes while they«check with the company» about my coverage. A different lady came to me and said the prescription drug is not covered by my insurance so I have to pay out of my pocket. She even offered to wiggle in some discount if I pay in cash. I was in a hurry so I didn’t think much of it and just paid and got out of the store with a cash receipt that shows nothing about the order except how much I paid. Few days later, I had to call my insurance company regarding something else and asked them about the same prescription drug out of curiosity. The rep told me that the prescription drug is in fact covered 100%, including at local pharmacies. I now have to go through the inconvenience of filing for reimbursement with a CASHRECEIPT the pharmacy gave me. I don’t know who the pharmacy had contacted and was told that it’s not covered but I think this is enough reason to stay away from them and I sure won’t be returning. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else more trustworthy.
