I came into the store with my daughter, who had an inactive, locked IPhone 5 with Sprint. The plan was to try to unlock it and give it to me to replace my dinosaur IPhone 4. I am under my other daughter’s T Mobile plan. The T Mobile employee, Giuseppe, spent an hour trying to unlock the phone, speaking to Sprint, trying different codes. Ultimately we found out it can’t be done, but Giuseppe’s perseverance and professionalism made me happy to be a TMobile customer.

I was assisted the second that I walked into the store by Joseph. He was trained well to answer and be suggestive on finding the right plan for me. Definitely less crowded like the Main Street location. I would recommend this T-mobile for assistance quickly and no waiting period! Thank you Joseph!
