Brian & Eric (twins) are seriously the bike gurus! They’re great! Very knowledgeable & so nice! They’re so helpful & I will always go to them forever! Best bike shop in the area!!!

Eric and Brian are the best mechanics! I have went to other bike shops where others don’t know what they are doing. But these two are excellent at tuning and fixing! Highly recommend anyone that needs a fix to come to this store. They have helped me a lot!

These guys provide a first class bicycle buying experience. I can looking for a bike as I need a better way to get in shape. I wasn’t sure what type of bike I should and after checking some of the big chain stores I decided to go local and found these guys online.
The store front doesn’t stick out too much and the store isn’t huge but that’s not a bad thing. There are a row of bikes to your left as you walk in and the counter is in the back of the store.
Brian and Eric were both super helpful and walked me through my purchase and my concerns. After one store visit and another phone call I decided on the type of bike I wanted.
They had the bike I was looking for in stock so after adjusting the seat to my height, I rolled out with the bike about 15 minutes after I walked in the 2^nd time.
These guys will also order whatever you need accessory wise. I asked about a bike rack for my car and they said they just needed the make of the car and they could order what I needed.
I’ll be back for my bike needs in the future.

I have literally been coming to this shop since I learned how to ride a bike, about 19 years. It is a great family owned shop, once ran by the father and now the sons. I went in today for my two flat tires. Not only was my bike fixed in less than 10 minutes, they gave me a thoughrough inspection of my whole bike, a complete tune up and took care of all the little things I didn’t even know were wrong, like adjusting my breaks. These guys really know their stuff and the best part is they don’t try to screw you over or sell you something that you don’t need. If you’re seeking a quality shop, and awesome prices, and excellent customer service, twin bikes is the place to go

Awesome service, THE BEST store in queens hands down. Been going here for yearsss. They really try to help you out whether you are purchasing a bike or the smallest things as in putting air in your tires. Other stores like grand ave bicycles and spokesman (biggest rip off) would not even acknowledge you, but these guys would go the extra mile just to make sure you are ready for your ride. Their father used to be a legend in this area and it seemed to have passed down to them. Best deals absolutely on bicycles, same bike they sell in their store for ($ 330) other stores like spokesman charge $ 440 for the same absolute bicycle which I don’t understand, but I know where to go when I need to upgrade my bicycle or my parts. Thanks Twin! Oh and if you need a tune up go to them $ 60 bucks and they do way better job than other stores that charge 80 – 100.

Probably the best bike shop I’ve been to in the area, these guy definitely know what they are talking about, if you need something best to call them up to see if they have it if not the will definitely order it for you and if you need your bike fixed call them to set a time and you’re good to go!!!

I haven’t bought a bicycle in many years since I mostly do rollerblading. But I wanted to do a different cardio, and since these guys are local, I figured I’d give it a shot. Nothing but rave reviews, they were patient in explaining everything I’d need to know to purchase the right bike, and they were extremely friendly. Also, I like supporting the local merchants, but it doesn’t always work out well. With this place, it certainly did. Very satisfied customer!

I came in here a couple of days ago to get a tune up for my Trek Fuel 80. As soon as i walked in Eric greeted and asked me if i needed help with anything. Told him what i needed for the bike and Left it there for a couple of days. Went back on a Friday and my bike looked good as new. The price was very reasonable. i would pick them over spokesman bike shop. Great job guys!

If you want a bike shop where the owners know their stuff and are super helpful, this is the place to go. Eric and Brian are very knowledgable, efficient and just good people in general. My family has been using this bike shop since their father ran the shop. If you need any repairs on your bike, just go here… Don’t bother with anyone else.

For years (since I was a little girl) and both brothers are very helpful and know everything there is to know about bicycles. Prices are reasonable and customer service is second to none! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for anything bike related

I just got back from this place. I have to say, this is one of the better bike repair shops I’ve been to on my side of Queens. Brian was super friendly and knowledgeable. He examined my bike thoroughly, and made all the proper recommendations. I had my brake pads changed, rack adjusted, and some general maintenance done — all for $ 35!
I was really pleased with the service, and couldn’t recommend this place more.

Just as the store’s name, it’s run by two twin brothers — Eric and Brian. Both guys are really cool and helpful. They run a real honest and reasonable business with great prices. If you need to buy or repair a bike, I definitely recommend you check out Twin Bikes!

found this place randomly after catching a flat about 5 blocks away and Brian hooked me up. real nice guy, knows his stuff. he’s the next generation of this family-​owned business, a small modest shop that deals exclusively with Trek, but does lots of repairs and service. Brian is a BMX-​kid himself and there are plenty of accessories; the shop is totally humble, the prices can’t be beat. support local!
