USAir Shuttle

US Airways has a pricing policy that can cause a family (3+ people) to pay more than an individual ticket buyer. I liken this to a family travel tax or penalty.

What a badly run company. Any actual attempt at communication with the customers of this airline could lessen the bad feeling we all have. I would never fly with them again.

This trip went exceptionally well! It was a shuttle to DC. It did bard and leave late but they pushed it and went faster and they got us to DC ON TIME! When we left from DC to come back to LGA we left on time and we got in 20 minutes early!!! Ant he flight was supposed to be 1 hour and 20 minutes. WOW! Nice work USAir!

cchecked in at LaGuardia using the kiosk. Completed check in waited for agent to check my bag and waited… and waited… and waited… she called someone else up to check them in and ignores me. I see two agents behind the counter yacking. I tell them that I need to check my bag. They say I need to go back to the kiosk where I checked in. I said… its right there, pointing at the kiosk right beside them with the agentignoring me. They ignored me too so I went back to the kiosk I started at… and waited… and waited… and waited. Im sorry but I am not a patient person and since it costs me $ 25 to check the darn bag I think I should get prompt friendly service. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to check a bag when you have agents standing around yaking at each other. Is the job mark in NY so strong that you can’t find ticket agents that take care of customers. This airline sucks

What a great area!
Highlights: Spacious, plenty of seating, areas with lamps & outlets, cubicle areas for working. Additionally, they have a magazine area. There’s no free internet, however. There’s also an «xpresSpa» for manicures & pedicures.
