What a great experience! My garage door wouldn’t open and I had to get the car out to get to work.
I called and talked to David (the manager) and explained the problem.
A few minutes after I got off the phone I received a call from Dave (service manager).
The technician, Darren, showed up shortly after. I had a broken spring on the door. He quickly took care of it and got the door working by hand. Unfortunately my 15 year old opener was shot from me trying to work the door and not knowing there was a problem.
The tech called Dave and told him what was going on. We made arrangements to have the opener replaced the next day… And at a great price.
Kris came the next day, installed the opener. She checked over the door, explained how everything worked, and told me how to maintain everything.
She even left me a can of lubricant!
I would recommend this company to everyone I know.
