Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

Updated floorplan layout that matches several of the newly remodeled stores in various parts of the country. Large selection for men, children and women including shoes, but no home collection. Unlike the Biloxi, MS store, which is a war zone, the Foley outlet is better cared for and clothing is nicely displayed and folded.

This store sells everything Polo. Sheets, clothes, cologne, you name it, they sell it.
This is also one of the larger stores in the outlet mall and is constantly packed with people.
There is a huge selection of clothing and there are deals to be had, but you have to look. The store is quite attractive and there are at least 15 dressing rooms to try things on.
The problem with the store is the amount of people. It took me nearly 20 minutes to check out. There were at least four registers going, but they couldn’t keep up.
After I checked out I noticed they overcharged me on one item. The tag had one price, but the computer had a higher one. They fixed the problem and blamed it on their corporate HQ.
I really like their selection, but the checkout almost made me drop my items and bail. The store is great, but the purchasing process needs to be improved.
