I went to Dr. Bal a couple years ago at a coworker’s recommendation. In that time, she has done many fillings, crowns, cleanings and extractions. I agree with previous reviews that she is one of the best. She is meticulous and makes sure everything is perfect. If there is an issue, she will work on the tooth until it is perfect. Unlike some other dentists I’ve been to, I have had no ongoing problems with any of Dr. Bal’s work. Her chairside manner is great and I always feel very comfortable when having work done. I highly recommend Dr. Bal to anyone in the area who is looking for a great dentist.

I had not been to the dentist in several years, so I knew I’d need some work (routine wear and tear stuff). I was apprehensive at first, but Dr. Bal did a great job of not only explaining what work she recommended, but she also showed me on a computer screen what she was seeing and what it meant. Again, it’s been several years since I went to the dentist so this may not be new technology, but it was new to me! I ended up needing a total of six old, cracked fillings replaced and both my top wisdom teeth removed. She split the work into two separate visits (one visit for the left side of my mouth and one visit for the right). After each visit — after the numbing wore off — I honestly could not even tell I had any work done. My bite was perfect after all the fillings. As for the wisdom teeth, they had already broken the gum (several years ago, actually), so Dr. Bal went in, tugged for a minute and they were out. Absolutely no pain, no stitches and very little bleeding (I used gauze for maybe 20 minutes after the extractions).
Dr. Bal and her entire staff are friendly, competent and just complete pros. I can’t say enough good things about them. Very, very highly recommend — especially if you’re a little nervous about the dentist :)

The best Dentist I have ever seen. I have a major fear of seeing the dentist. So much so that I hadn’t seen one in 10 yrs. A close friend of mine suggested I see Dr Bal. I think it took me about a year of him convincing me that I am going to be really impressed with her that I finally made an apt. I have to say that I am not longer afraid. Dr Bal was so gentle and guess what… No pain… I had several follow up visits with her and every time I sat in her chair, I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep. Thanks to Dr Bal I am not longer afraid to see the dentist

By far, the best dentist my husband and I have ever visited. Dr. Bal is a very patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly a gentle doctor. As she is working on you, she is constantly checking to make sure you are comfortable and ensures you aren’t feeling pain. We truly appreciate her attention to detail and her outstanding interpersonal skills. Her staff is top notch and also patient and knowledgeable.
We highly recommend Dr. Bal for any dental work and look forward to having her as our dentist for many years to come.
