LOVE this store. For a shop with trendy new clothes for an average price down the street where I don’t need to go to the mall, yes please! Never had a bad experience in this shop. Most of the girls will help you. I got an adorable romper one of the employees showed me. I wasn’t even looking for one but it was marked down so much and so cute I had to get it. This is my go to place!

So these kind ladies were representing during the Stashe Bash at the Palladio in Folsom. They had a rack of fine, casual clothes for us to peruse and best of all, they handed out coupons for a free bracelet made by victims of human trafficking/​or 50%off your purchase. These ladies were pleasant & passionate about their support to that cause. So after we left from the Bash, we walked over to the location. They have a large storefront with clear signage and lots of parking in front & nearby. We walked in and were greeted politely. We walked around browsing for a minute while the salesgals were busy. When it was our turn I showed them the coupon I received. They showed me over to a basket of bright, friendly colorful bracelets and allowed me to chose my flavor. See the pic of the one I chose, it was very pretty, blue/​green/​gold. They had to scan & remove it from their inventory. They asked if I wanted to be added to their email list. I did and was then happily on my way. I like a store which supports disadvantaged groups. So if you are down there, stop by & give them some love

I was introduced to Apricot Lane through the Unilocal Elite Stache Bash event. This was the very first vendor table greeting guests at the event, and it was an excellent match! The sales associate enthusiastically welcomed each guest, and patiently responded to all inquiries explaining the variety of clothing merchandise, accessories, and gifts available at the store. The selection of items on display were intriguing and each guest received a coupon welcoming them to the store, offering a huge discount or the option a of a free bracelet. I was sold, and immediately went to the store after the event.
Nice place! Another sales associate inside provided excellent customer service, and again, patiently provided recommendations on items in the store. There are some great items that would make excellent gifts!
As with any large store or boutique it is advised that you take care in selecting items to make sure you are satisfied with the purchase and each item meets your expectations.
If I’m in the area, again, and need a gift or unique accessory I would definitely return. Love it!

A great find in Folsom! Outstanding selection of unique clothing, jewelry, and gift items in this affordable boutique located at the Palladio. Very friendly atmosphere the minute you are welcomed inside!

I love this store! You will find clothes here that you won’t see at the big retail stores and I love that! I find that the clothes are true to size, but I always try them on before I buy:). I am sadly moving out of the area and am going to miss Apricot Lane so much, is 1 ½ hours to far to drive to go shopping.

Very disappointed in this store.
We recently spent several hundred dollars buying clothing for Christmas gifts here.
After visiting the store today for what we thought would be a simple exchange since four of the items for my daughter didn’t fit, we were in for a rude awakening. They make it almost impossible to return anything by having a lot of arbitrary excuses as to why it’s a problem (even though the items were new, we had all the tags, the receipts, and it was within their 14 day limit). I can basically come home and throw away the sweater and top that were too small because of the inaccurate sizing on their tag and their refusal to do a basic simple exchange. These two items totalled about $ 50.
Apricot Lane has lost our family as customers and we would caution anyone who is thinking of buying from them to know in advance that they have poor customer service when it comes to returns. We like to patronize local small businesses, but next time, I’ll be going to Macy’s or Nordstrom’s where I know I’ll get comparable or better merchandise and pricing and receive great customer service when it comes to a return.
I came away today from what should have been a fun shopping experience with my daughter feeling disappointed and ripped off by Apricot Lane. Horrible experience!

I bought a cute dress from Apricot Lane for $ 55 and when I got home i noticed it was frayed. I called & talked to the manager & he said that without a receipt i could return the dress for another same dress or exchange it in the store for something of equal value. When i got there he said that he wouldnt take the dress & all he could was 20% off… so i still paid $ 46.55 for a ripped dress. He said go see a seamstress to fix it. I will never shop there again & recommend everybody do the same.
