Coming to this bloodsource is like coming to your best friend’s house. They are friendly, offer great care, and if a regular (such as me) they pretty much know your name :)

Great staff, very friendly! It’s a pleasure to give blood here! Top notch refreshments, and pleasantly cool. Convenient location, right near the outlets, and restaurants.

I have ridiculously small and deep vein. I usually have to get poked and they have go fish around in order for the blood to flow. The older staff who used to work here were awesome. They were professional who were able to find the vein and start the draw.
The new staff? *sigh*
I am completely aware of my vein situations. I had this one lady who was showing the new person «how to deal with difficult vein». I cringed every time she would move the said inserted needle around looking for the vein but would tell her I’m okay. Not bad enough to tell them to pull out. Now, with that said? IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN SHOVE THE DARN NEEDLE HARD LIKE YOU’RE POKING AT A DAMN CHICKEN BREAST!!! Needless to say, after all these I wanted to cry moments, she blew the vein and had to do it all over again on my other arm.
I love you guys, and you guys are doing something awesome for a living, but please remember that I do feel sensations and feelings and DON’T TREAT MY ARM LIKE A RUBBER THAT YOU CAN SHOVE THE NEEDLE AS HARD AS YOU CAN!!!
