WHY DOES RENO NOT HAVE ONE! Thats my only complaint! I love the chicken here, the biscuits with some honey… aaaaggghhhhh!!! My favorite! Their waffle fries are yummy, the chicken bites are yummy. Did I mention the chicken? Its so flavorful and juicy! If you are in the mood for chicken and have nothing better to do than drive to Folsom as that is the closest one to Reno. I’m such pig that I bring some home to eat the next day. I mean if your going to get your fix, then GET YOUR FIX! :) In my opinion if your going to eat fast food, make it good fast food. They put love into this chicken and I am willing treat it up! The wraps are good, the sammies are good and you can’t go wrong with a yummy chicken and fruit salad. This location is clean, the staff are pretty nice and a short drive to the outlet mall, so even better! Thank you Chick-​fil-​A for making some good yard bird!!!

HAVE AGAIN: The chocolate shake was delicious, best by far of all the fast food restaurants. The deluxe chicken sandwich was also delicious.

Standard great spicy chicken sandwich, love the waffle fries, but they are sometimes soggy.
I would suggest going into the restaurant if you have time to get your food and sauces as they have messed up my order a couple of times here. Experience has been better going inside.

Been sick all week and hadn’t eaten, just wanted to drive through quickly. Ordered a Chicken Sandwich and Frosted Lemonade, that’s all. Got to Window they handed me Sweet Tea and Chicken and Fries, I said no not me, took three people to square it away and charge me correctly and get my order correct. It’s not Rocket Science people

This place is very good! Fresh food, and fast service. Recently made this my every-​morning stop for their week of free breakfast items. They didn’t even bat an eye that I wanted the FREE breakfast, and not order anything extra. They were willing to hand me my free sandwich and send me off on my way with a smile and good wishes for the rest of my day!
I have, however, also been here where I’ve indeed PAID for my meals. They are always just as accommodating and friendly. The recent experience that stands out in my mind is that I decided to try their diet frosted lemonade because my parents had raved about it… well 1 sip in and I almost gagged.
When one of the servers came by to drop off the rest of our meal, I let her know that I was disappointed with the frosted lemonade that I’d purchased and she expressed that she was more than willing to get me another beverage of my choice, which I thought was very kind of her considering the fact that I’d paid for the frosted lemonade!

Typical Chick-​fil-​a — excellent service, anything w/​chicken is awesome. Chicken nuggets are actual pieces of chicken breast. Nomz.

This place is the best fast-​food in Folsom. The service is always fast and friendly, extremely friendly. The old managers Jas and Jason did a great job.
The food never disappoints me in my many lunch breaks here in between classes at Folsom Lake College.

I don’t get what the hype is about with any of the chick-​fil-​a restaurants. I have had better chicken sandwiches at Carl’s Jr.
The food is mediocre.
The waffle fries was good. Service was good.

It is not usual for fast food restaurant staff to take your dine in order to your table and approach you later to offer to get you a refill of your drink. The service is so impressive. The food hits the spot too!

Best service around. After only 3 visits a few employees remembered my name. Every single one constantly has a smile on their face, and there’s just something about them always replying with «my pleasure» that seems so sincere.
Food is great. Always fresh tasting. And out in a reasonable amount of time.
Great food. Great service. Very clean.

How can you not love Chick-​fil-​A? I guess if you have a peanut allergy, you should avoid it at all costs since the food is fried in peanut oil. But if you don’t fit in that category, you have no reason not to love eating here!
I’m always impressed by the friendly service, and how the overall environment seems to be a step above the average fast food experience. Not only do the employees seem to have steady smiles, but they’re so polite. They bring your food to your table and then ask if they can get you anything, like sauces. Sometimes they even come and bus your trash when you’re done eating. I also love how the tables have fresh flowers on them!
The Frosted Lemonade. I mentioned it even before talking about the chicken just to plant the suggestion in your mind. Upgrade your drink in your meal to get a Frosted Lemonade. It is the creamiest combo of lemonade and milkshake that you will ever experience. And don’t get one to share; get one for yourself, because you’ll want to drink it all.
I waver between the classic chicken sandwich and the chicken nuggets, depending on how hungry I am. The classic sandwich has moist, thick chicken on a soft bun and two perfectly crunchy pickles. The nuggets are tiny, and I mean tiny, like smaller than McDonald’s nuggets, so don’t get them if you’re starving. They come in 8 or 12 piece servings, but each little morsel is juicy and not too crispy. I think the inherent neutral taste of most of their menu items really lends itself to whichever dipping sauce you want to customize your meal with. I love the Chick-​fil-​A sauce (who doesn’t?) and their BBQ and Ranch are also delicious.
The only downside to Chick-​fil-​A dining is the slightly higher prices than your average fast food restaurant. But every once in a while, I don’t mind forking over a little extra dough for the food I get here! Once you’ve come here, you’ll probably be a customer for life. Just make sure you don’t crave their food on Sundays, because then you have a problem…

I do not care that this place is a chain it deserves five stars. Their pride and poise and their commitment to excellence shines through on every visit. The staff is as friendly and helpful as there is. Always spotless and always checking on you to see how it is going. Once a year they sponsor a fundraiser for my daughters school where 100% of the proceeds go to her school. Community. Oh and the food is top notch. The Original Chicken Sandwich is perfection. Butter toasted bun, pickle and a hunk of breaded chicken and add a spread of Chick Fil-​A Sauce… BOOM! Mic drop.

Came here twice and got food poisoning. Definitely not coming again. Two chances. The food is disgusting compared to the ones on the east coast and people that live around here like it and think it’s really good and the normal and settle for it. I came here when it first opened the first day and they were trying to act like I’ve never been to one trying to shove a menu into my car when they are everywhere on the east coast and they have the same menu, except over there they are way better and don’t get you sick. Ask people that have lived on the east coast to come eat here, they probably won’t. If you like getting sick and crappy chicken, this place is for you.

This Chick-​Fil-​A is absolutely wonderful. All of the employees are genuine and efficient, and the food always comes out great. The service is sweet and fast, and the restaurant is always clean.
I always get chicken tenders with the honey mustard, and you have to get the waffle fries!

After an exciting day of white water rafting, I have to feed the boyz.
They all ordered the fried chicken sandwich and went crazy at the condiment section! (and rightfully so! I wish I had a bigger bag with me so I could’ve packed some for home! LOL) The hot Sactown weather got me craving for a healthy salad. Fresh greens, blueberries, green apples, strawberries, blue cheese with a zesty apple cider vinaigrette — oh, it hit the spot. I balanced my healthy salad with a serving of their waffle cut fries. I wished my fries were more crispy, but we finished it all anyway.
Chik Fil A is so great because it has the feel of being served in an actual restaurant but without the restaurant prices. I love the friendly service and the clean surroundings. Thanks CFA for providing a nice stop on the way home.

The staff was Incredibly kind and courteous, very attentive. The food was great and was served quickly! The restaurant was clean.
They also have a play place for kids which my daughter loved.

We happened to be in Folsom California today. Here we enjoyed watching movies at Palladio 16 Cinema on Tuesday for their 5 dollar movie day. What a bargain! There we were told that our ticket stub can be redeemed for a #1 chicken sandwich with any purchase at the local Chick-​fil-​a. This restaurant is located next to Home Depot off of East Bidwell Street. Parking was not a problem.
The restaurant looked fairly new. As we entered we were greeted by «Welcome to Chic– fil-a“by an associate. Now that’s a greeting!
I wanted to try something new so I ordered the Chicken Caesar wrap and was not disappointed! My wife had the Chargrilled Chicken Garden Salad. She was very pleased with her salad and will definitely order it again.
They treat every customer like they were family. You can’t say that about too
many places nowadays.

Yes I love CFA and I will continue to love CFA!!! What’s not to like???
What was I doing in this part of town? Taking a drive to listen to XM Sirius complimentary of course. We were running errands in this part of town. Everything is out this way conveniently like CFA! We have been here several times but it was really the first time we were here to sit down to eat in the restaurant although we sat out in the patio on a breezy day. It’s kind of interesting as their patio is situated next to the line of cars so one can hear what everyone is ordering for lunch! Hahaha! lol
I like sitting outside even though it was a windy day. I had to tell the lady up front to look for us outside as the last time we were out there they couldn’t find us at first. Then your food gets a bit cold. It’s not good to eat cold waffle fries!
CFA is known for getting you soda refills. You just walk up to the counter by the register and they will proceed to get it for you. On the way out, we picked up our complimentary breathe mints. They have the BEST ones there!!!

This is the first real Chick-​Fil-​A restaurant I’ve been to since I’ve only been to the one in Cal Poly which doesn’t count. I just have to say, man… the service is amazing. Everyone is so friendly!!! «Would you like a drink refill?» «Do you need any sauce?» «Is there anything else I can do for you?» Thanks so much for treating your customers so well everyone.
Plus the food is good. A little pricey compared with other fast food but It’s worth it. Love the waffle fries. Love dipping everything into the Chick-​Fil-​A sauce. Love the chicken sandwich (comes with pickles by the way but you can request no pickles). The chicken is worth it when it tastes juicy and real and you get a thick piece in your sandwiches.
The restaurant was seriously packed during lunch time and yet, we still got our take out order in about 5 minutes.
