This is a great place to shop and the customer service is top notch. Almost everything goes on sale at some point and coupled with shoppers rewards, the prices are fantastic! A pretty nice wine selection. as well.

Love this store and the crew. Wow they really want my business. So of course I’m a regular here!

Insanely good customer service like you wouldn’t believe. I now have FULL CONFIDENCE in making purchases here, especially large furniture since Scott was incredible. If you have ANY problems Scott in back is the problem solver.

The female store manager is not customer service oriented whatsoever. I asked her a couple of easy questions and I was met with attitude and a complete unwillingness to want to help me. I won’t be coming back.

I love me some worldly exotic goods and funky décor and Cost Plus is my place to go. I have been to the Citrus Heights, Roseville, and Folsom location and I must admit THIS IS MY FAVORITE. Lack of one star for disorganization and low inventory (I have been sent to other locations for items). BUT that aside, the employees here are SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, they always make sure you leave with what you went in looking for or call the other stores in the area until you get it.
They have a great pillow collection, always cheaper than their neighboring stores, and of course i love sitting on their COZY FURNITURE. They have a huge stock of wall art, I just wish it was easier to go through! Great location, ample parking, and you can get lost in this store with all of their LITTLE GOODIES.

I love this store. I’ve bought side tables, picture frames, and other décor for my new home here. Service has always been friendly and helpful. I stop by as often as my wallet allows it. For Xmas I’ve always asked for gift cards from World Market and I don’t see that stopping any time soon.

Love shopping here! Cost Plus World Market always has the best items from all around the world. My husband loves their wine section and I love their unique jewelry/​accessory items.
We were here the other day looking for a mirror for my vanity. I knew exactly which one I wanted and it was on sale from $ 99 to $ 79 and as a Cost Plus Rewards Member I had an additional coupon for extra 10% off. The people here are really friendly and I walked out of the store really happy with my purchase. I hope to come back here to get more items for my house including unique french signs for the bathroom. I also love their office décor and I was eying one of their antique globes for my desk.
Food: They have a wide assortment of international food items. From condiments to candy. They even have a large Asian food area that I browse around so if I’m looking for coconut milk, noodles, shrimp chips or sauces, I come here!
Furniture: I must say they have really quality furniture that can’t be beat. If you come back at good time, their furniture can be marked down. I never buy any of their furniture at full price!
Kitchen: Lots of kitchen items including pots, pans, place mats, utensils, gadgets, and more! You will fall in love with their decorative kitchen items as well.
Art: I love their artwork. You can find unique pieces from all over the world that is really reflective of their name, «World Market». Love their Buddha art and anything exotic.
Love coming here and I hope this place stays for a long time!

Oh, Cost Plus, how I love thee! Here I can indulge in a mini round-​the-​world trip without making my pocketbook cry! It’s a fun place to wander around aimlessly, looking at all the little trinkets available. My favorite part is the variety of food (oh, and sweet) products they have. It seems like I always discover a new goodie from some European country whenever I go there. It is also a great place to go for unique gifts and cards for someone. I think I would live in Cost Plus if I could!

I’ve almost always had decent or even very good customer service here. It’s a great place to find unique items (although I liked the old layout better, where you could find displays from specific areas of the world, like an African section, Indonesian, Asian, Indian, etc). Now is seems a little randoms mashed together. But the great thing about this place is the food items from around the world (including an amazing selection of British chocolate!) Looking for a weird sauce or candy for travels abroad? Check this place out! They also have really cool girl ideas for all ages. The wine selection is good, and they have specials on wines for decent prices. Beer import selection isn’t as big, but there are a few different ones.

Cost plus has a lot of unique items. It’s a great place to shop if you don’t need help from the employees or manager. The two stars is for the customer service at the Folsom store. The last two times I shopped there I’ve experienced a rude manager and unknowledgeable sales associates.
