On our way up to Tahoe, my wife wanted to stop by Folsom Outlet and 1^st store she went in was yours. She was very complimentary of the staff, engaged, friendly but not pushy. They were there to give their take as to what would look good on her. She uses Lancome so she didn’t mind the narrow selection in make up. She regretted not getting the sweet young gal who helped my daughter in giving her a quick tutorial on contouring. She was awesome! Denise was a total sweetheart too. My wife has been going to the one in Gilroy and the staff in their store more so than this location, and she was never treated in this manner. They are not customer friendly at the Gilroy location. Thank you ladies for a great shopping experience for my wife. A happy wife is a happy life.

My experience so far has been ok. The sales people are usually helpful. There are not too many brands to choose from but the price is usually pretty reasonable and sometimes it’s a steal. It’s also nice that they have testers because all sales are final.
