I could not be more pleased with the office’s response thus far. They brought me right in, no waiting and addressed my pain issues and no charge. Furthermore Dr. Ebrahimi even offered to pay for an expensive night guard, which may be causing the pain (due to teeth grinding). I may never understand what caused the ‘miscommunication’, but his actions after filing the complaint have shown me that he cares about his work and how I feel.
