I had a great shopping experience yesterday here. Kyle ws very helpful listening to what kind of wear I needed shoes for. He took the time to explain why he recommended certain shoes.
I also found slides like the ones my son loves, but hasn’t been able to find for quite a few years.
I found what I needed and I will go back for my shoes needs.

Always either hounded to death by associate our completely ignored. No middle ground on service here. Pretty much same selection of any Famous. If you wear mens 8 – 11 shop… if not don’t even bother. And when did $ 5 off constitute the item as being clearance??? Clearance rack should be $ 20 shoes not $ 74.99 ones that are «clearance» @ $ 70

The kids that work at this location are just that-​kids!
When we walked in we were only greeted by a «what’s up» Then they continued the conversation they were having about the «THUGS» that called Timberland boots– «timbos».
I get that it is summer, but seriously? This is the future of our country?
When someone did walk by he interrupted a personal conversation then lingered around… super awkward!

I’m not sure why this Famous Footwear is listed as «closed.» I just went there today.
Compared to the Famous Footwear in the Broadstone shopping center next to Old Navy, etc and the one in Sunrise mall, this Famous Footwear, formerly Famous Brand Shoes (a related store) usually has a bit less of a selection but has some distinct styles and good clearance finds.
