I cannot say enough positive about Troy Watson… Literally
As a Real Estate Agent I have completed several transactions where I represent the buyer and Troy has been the lender for my client.
Troy and his team provide fantastic communication, great organization and diligence throughout the transaction and are very patient/​provide explanation for buyers who are unsure with how the lending process works.
Availability is Great as well. I’ve sent emails, texts or phone calls after hours or on weekends and Troy will either make himself available or respond with a message that he will get right back with you. In my opinion, open/​prompt communication with the lender throughout the transaction while representing the buyer of a home is the highest priority. Troy does just that.
Bottom line, If you do use Troy as your lender during your next home purchase, plan on a smooth and professional transaction!
