Excellent GameStop, went in and the guy who was helping us out was very nice and answered all of my husbands/​my questions about various games and helped us to place some pre-​orders.
Looking forward to continuing business here at this GameStop!

I didn’t go into the store, but I did speak with a gentleman by the name of Matthew over the phone regarding my questions about Cricket Wireless.
He was so friendly, and extremely helpful. He spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with me, and answered all of my questions perfectly. Great customer service. I’ll definitely be going in when my Verizon contact ends next month! Haha.

Waited ten minutes in line to ask if they had a bundle and they didn’t even get through the two customers in front. Walked out and went to Target.

Horrible customer service. There were 3 customers in the store. Me and two others at the counter. Both workers spent 15 minutes talking about pre orders and other locations and other nonsense. Partly customers fault too. Buy your stuff and get out. Go to comic con if you wanna talk your BS all day. Stop acting like there’s no other customers in the store.

When the husband can find a game that he WANTS to buy, it’s a good day at Game Stop. Plus, they have POKEMON cards, which my son absolutely loves to collect. He has over 1000 of these cards, and still wants more. In the packet of cards he got from Game Stop, he was able to find a much coveted one.

Total and complete joke. Seriously. We bought the brand spanking new game Ryse for Xbox One (not from GS) and the kids beat it so we thought we’d resell it. Game stops offer? $ 17 cash, $ 20 in store credit! Are you out of your freaking mind?! Then they turn and resell the used game for $ 55!!! Never again will I give any GS a second thought. Much better prices a Fair Game in Fair Oaks. As it happens, since they were taking a computer to the Geek Squad anyways, they checked Best Buys buyback and they gave him $ 30 cash for the game. I am still floored by the miserly tactics of Game Stop. All I can say is GO TO FAIR GAME! Game Stop, you disgust me.

GREAT PLACE!!! I love taking my boys to GameStop. It’s very organized, the kids can find what they are looking for quickly and THE STAFF IS OUTSTANDING! They are ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR THE CUSTOMER’s BEST INTEREST in your purchased for you and your family. They will tell you the best games for what you like to play, the best way to save the most money on your purchases and always go above and beyond on their customer service. I’ve been shoppign here for over 6 years and I’m always blown away with their consistency on their customer service and willingness to help us find the perfect game for my kids… AND THEY ALWAYS HELP ME RULE OUT THE SORRY GAMES or CRUDE games that my kids 10 and 7 should stay away from. The entire staff at this Gamestop set the bar HIGH for other retail shops to take notes on Quality Customer Service. Thanks you to all of you at the Folsom Gamestop!

Big thanks to Kevin and Matt at this store, who helped me to secure a game bundle. Kevin was extremely helpful and professional and even called another store to verfiy the item was in stock. Matt was helpful in helping us to determine why the employee at the Garfield store was holding an item that he refused to sell, and offered suggestions if I ran into any problems over there. If you have read my other review, you will know that the story was quite interesting. Rather than rehashing it here, I wanna thank Kevin and Matt for their suggestions, professionalism, and willingness to make my experience at Gamestop a pleasant one. I would recommend this store to everyone! Great job guys!

FOUR WORDS TO SAY BOUT THIS… I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! All thepeopel that work there are the number one gamers in folsom or maybe CA. They are helpful wonderful peopel, my mom knows oneof them that has ever single console in the world. Its not just the games itstheworkers and they are the right guys I LOV THAT GAME STOP!!!
