Dishonest– given square footage of the home with number of rooms and was quoted a price. After removing furniture and prepping– Goose shows up and doubled the price previously quoted. Said that was normal business practice for carpet cleaners– to up sale once they get to the home. Needless to say he was asked to leave w/​o completing the job. Had someone else out in an hour and half for half the price.

My 10yr old beige carpets look better than ever! Communication was great, from appointment setting to arrival time. Mike arrived on time and was honest and caring about getting my carpet as clean as possible. Gooses Carpet Cleaning will be my go to for carpet cleaning.

Highly recommended for carpet cleaning. Very thorough cleaning and affordable. Got my 15 year old beige carpet looking brand new again. No up-​sale bargaining or add-​on charges. Two story home with 6 rooms — all light beige carpets — looks brand new again! Tried other big name carpet cleaning companies in the past. Goose’s Carpet Cleaning cleans more completely — not a cursory once-​over like the other companies. Carpet also dried very quickly. After carpets were cleaned, it was just damp, not soaking wet. Fantastic job!

Mike showed up 20 minutes early for my 7:30 am appointment on a Saturday, which in itself is a rarity in any type of service business by appointment. Great guy, no nonsense quick and excellent job. Will repeat and refer!

Excellent job. My carpets were extremely dirty after moving into our new house. Michael cleaned them multiple times to ensure they were as clean as they could get. He also was very quick to respond to phone calls and messages.

Michael the owner is a honest and straight forward business man. There are no hidden fees or BS like other carpet guys. He does great work for reasonable prices. This is my second time utilizing his services and he has gone beyond expectations both times. He removed the stains i requested and completed the job under his original quote. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Michael the owner did our carpet cleaning today. He is friendly, courteous and does the best carpet cleaning we have ever had. His fees are reasonable. He is super knowledgeable about his work. Our carpet dried faster than any time we have had it cleaned. We had some unusual staining and he worked and worked on it. It looks great. He is our carpet and stone care guy from now on.

All I can say is, I’m impressed!!! I found out about Goose’s after asking for recommendations on FB… Mike the owner does all his own work, spent extra time working on some tough stains, and our carpet looks brand new! His price was very reasonable and his work is amazing! This is one hard working guy who cares about detail and doing a quality job. You won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend Goose’s!!!

Just moved into a new home. Got in touch with Goose Carpets, left a message, and got a call back a few minutes later. Michael was very friendly and gave me a quote based on my description of the size of the house and carpet condition. It was slightly above average, but this is my first time using carpet services so I don’t know if other companies tack on additional charges.
In any case, they came out 2 days later, texting 30 minutes before arrival and were on time. Michael got the job done quickly and the carpet does look better than it used to. Some of the harder stains haven’t completely gone away, but he had warned me of those beforehand. The cost was exactly what we agreed on when he gave me the quote — no add-​ons here.
Overall, I’m a satisfied customer. Goose Carpets was professional, friendly, punctual, and effective.

Finally a carpet and tile cleaning company that is true to its word and doesn’t pull you in just to rip you off with extras. From the first call to when I handed over my check at the end of the job, Michael was true to his word and quote. Not only was the price great but the work was outstanding.
Michael is a great guy. Friendly and honest which is all you can ask for when someone is coming into your house.
Goose’s will be who I use from now on and will recommend him to all my friends.

I got my carpets and tiles cleaned last month. Mike is professional and experienced, showed up on time. He did a very nice job cleaning carpet as well as tiles and grouts. I asked tiles and grout cleaning in Kitchen area only, but he cleaned dining as well as walkways and bathrooms and did not charge anything extra. Great service. Highly recommended !!

I called Gooses on Sunday & Michael told me that he would be able to come out on Tuesday. We just had our house cleaned so that worked out great! He showed up a little bit early and was ready to go! This business is fantastic! I highly recommend choosing them! Michael did an absolutely amazing job on our carpets! We didn’t think they would turn out so good because of the bad shape they were in, but they look like new! Michael is extremely professional and friendly! He was very thorough as well and fit us in his schedule on a days notice! You can call other places to try to get the cheapest price, but Goose’s Carpet Cleaning gives you a great deal, does an outstanding job and the price he quotes you is the price that you pay! Very straightforward and honest. I can’t say enough good about him! Go with this company and you will have spent your money well!

Just moved out of our two story home. Getting ready to list it as a rental. Carpet and tile were okay but needed cleaning. My real estate agent recommended Gooses and she was so right! He did a great job, the house looks brand new. The price was great for all the work he did: porcelain tile, carpeted steps, up and down stairs.
I highly recommended him and will use him again and again.
