Daniel did an extraordinary job at correcting my hair color by adding on some beautiful highlights. Really happy with the results and the professionalism. See my pictures for more details :)

The service is nothing short of amazing! They are all so welcoming and treated us like the most important people in the place. Went with two girlfriends for my birthday and we did the hour massages and spent some time in the steam room and sauna. Then we went to the patio and had some wine and relaxed some more. My masseuse Jennifer was excellent and left me feeling so great afterwards. Highly recommend this place. Plus you can make a picnic basket and bring wine on their patio, what more do you want.

Had such a great experience at this spa. Took my boyfriend in for the couples massages and we both truly enjoyed the experience from the moment we walked in. The sauna and Turkish steam room are a plus. We both enjoyed all the amenities that this location had to offer. We will definitely be back!

Elizabeth is amazing she uses awesome essential oils with her massages and she has great to pressure and techniques. I am always excited to make my next appointment and I am so relaxed when I leave. She is fantastic! The salon is very relaxing and the Turkish shower is pretty amazing too!

I have been a regular here for a few years and love the quality of work and the people. Mckenzie does my hair and she is wonderful; my color is always tasteful. Zsa Zsa does my nails and she is also amazing. She helped me grow my nails out and get them healthy before my wedding and is an absolute joy to talk to. A lot of people say they are pricey but for the quality it’s worth it.

Went here awhile back for a haircut as a model for Brooke working at the salon! I have been here before and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The customer service is always the best! Receptionist are always on top of everything and make sure your taken care of. The hairstylists as well are always dressed professional. Best hair salon in town!

My daughter wanted to change her hair color. As a present, I searched around for a place that had good reviews. We went in for a consultation, and they gave her such good advice on how to make the change and not damage her hair. Her hair is looking wonderful thanks to Karyn. So I decided, after all these years of coloring my hair myself, to have them do it. I have went twice and it has turned out so great both times. This last time, yesterday, I wasn’t sure what kind of highlights I wanted. And Victoria, gave me the look I wanted. Pretty cool. I will be going back. :)

A special place to relax and unwind. The manager, Kathy, is 100% focused on customer service and delivers every time. The manicurists are top notch! My favorites are Peri and Zsa Zsa Every year in June my daughter and I have a spa day together and it is very special. Can’t wait till June.

After coming to this salon for years, this last trip was the first time ever I walked out in anger before the service was even rendered. I forgave your salon after melting my hair august 2014, but I can not forgive the way not only I was treated at my last visit, but my daughters visit recently too. I called ahead and described exactly what I wanted. I got to my appointment and the stylist I was put with had already decided before I arrived that she did not want to color my hair, AT ALL. I can understand not wanting to do the blue, but to not do a basic brown either was wrong on your part. To tell me that I could do it In 6 months was ridiculous!!! There would be no difference between my hair today or 6 months from now!!!
Then my daughter came in to get a cut and toning, and the stylist she saw (the one that melted my hair) told her that she didn’t feel comfortable toning her hair!!! WTF? Her hair was in perfect health.
Needless to say, we will never set foot into your salon again. I have found a stylist that thought outside of the box and did more than I could have ever had hoped for.
I will never recommend you guys to anyone, ever!

Got my wife an appt for Valentine’s Day surprise! The girls were awesome and treated her right! A cut and highlights turn out great and she’s loved the results. And that makes me a happy hubby! Points for me! Thanks Hoshalls

I absolutely love this salon and spa. I went the first time for an eyebrow wax, and yes it is more expensive than some of the other places around, but the results are great. I then had a facial, so relaxing. I have now been going to Jody for a couple of years and my skin has never looked better. Hoshalls has a very friendly staff and a very soothing atmosphere. I encourage everyone to experience it.
Now I have started getting my pedicures there as well. Natascha is amazing. I will ask for her every time from now on. Oh, I asked to be on spa side, I needed a little quiet, so peacefull and tranquil.
I look forward to everything this salon and spa has to off. If you go you will not be disappointed.

I got a haircut from Matt today, he is AMAZING! I love my hair! He has such a great personality to boot! I initially made an appointment for the first available stylist and by chance it was him, as he is a senior master designer! Usually his cuts start at $ 52, well worth it! I will be returning to see him!

I AM USED TO MONTHLY FACIALS and being new to Folsom was looking for a place. Beautiful and spacious spa. Friendly and professional reception made me welcome. Facial was ok. I prefer use of hands for cleaning and massage instead of brush usage. No neck or shoulder massage. I went here after reading someone’s review of receiving a massage while their face pack was drying. Disappointing.

I had a great experience the other day at Hoshall’s. I went there on a rainy and cold day, but as soon as I walked through the front doors it was warm and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk were polite and very helpful and even brought me coffee. As soon as I checked in, the stylist I had an appointment with came out, greeted me and took me back to her station. She washed my hair, asked questions and made recommendations, and then gave me a great haircut, just the way I like it… short and manageable. Thank you Carly, you are the best.

I had an appointment for pedicure and gel manicure at Hoshalls in Folsom. Natasha helped me today. She was absolutely fabulous.
Prior to my appointment I did book online and received a confirmation email stating when my appointment would be.
The front desk welcomed me with a care package and beverage. The overall service was amazing and I would definitely come back!
Lots of assorted colors (OPI and another brand) to choose from. That could be absolutely trouble because it took me about half an hour to decide what color I wanted for my nails. Good thing I was getting a pedicure while I was making this tough decision!

I can’t say enough good things about Hoshalls. I’ve been going there for years and they give me VIP treatment every time.
When I walk in I’m always greeted by name followed by… you’re all checked in, what would you like to drink?
From there no matter what the service from hair, to nails, to spa everyone is always on time.
The staff are all super stars too! Fashionable yet professional attire all the time. Not only do they all look great but they make you look and feel great every time. I think this is a reflection of how the Hoshalls Family and Mary treat their staff… amazing.
My advice: pamper yourself and get a treatment wether it be hair or nails or spa and have lunch on the patio. If you’re a mom like me it will really recharge your batteries.
Tips: Claudia is the nail art master, Jills cuts and color can’t be stopped, Karyn is the extension queen, Sara and Ronnie will wax you up, Christina… that girl… there are many more.

I’m returning to Hoshall’s Folsom because my favorite stylist and colorist — Matt Conti — just returned here from another Hoshall’s salon. I’ve been seeing him for more than 3 years and I cannot rave enough about him! Several of my friends go to him as well. He is an excellent stylist and knows his craft incredibly well.
He really LISTENS to what you like/don’t like, what you want to do with your hair, how much time you want to spend styling it, etc. A few years ago, I was really nervous about coloring part of my hair — I’d never done it before. Matt walked me through all of the steps and options. Based on his good advice, I chose the option that seemed to achieve what I wanted, without being too drastic. I’m SO glad I listened to him! I loved how my hair turned out — it was subtle and natural looking. Exactly what I was hoping for! The cut was also amazing and so easy to keep up! We’ve tried other new things with my hair since then and I’ve always walked out of the salon loving my hair and feeling really great.
He’s also charismatic, funny, sincere, and is it wrong to say good looking?! :), so your time in his chair is always fun. We always chat away about a bunch of topics and the time flies by. I always look forward to my appointments with Matt. (And, I drive from Land Park in Sacramento to Folsom just to see him. He’s worth the trip!)

My first experience with Hoshall’s was this last Monday and I am impressed! I don’t typically have salon loyalty and have been to what feels like every salon in Davis and Sacramento with mixed results, but I will definitely be back to Hoshall’s!
Maya was my stylist and she did an amazing job. Seriously, it’s the best cut, color, and highlight I’ve ever had. I’ve received so many compliments. She gave me a dark tint at my roots to cover my grays, did some amazing balayage highlights and gave me a super cute shoulder length cut. Took about 6 inches off!
Everyone from the staff booking the appointment to my stylist were so nice and professional. I look forward to coming back and trying some of their other services (spa and nails).

This is a high end salon with quality service and reasonable prices. The atmosphere is open, fun, clean, and not like any other salon I’ve been in before.
I was greater by one of the receptionists as I walked in and checked in. I waited no more than 5 min. Maya, who did my hair had everything set up within minutes. I explained to her what I wanted and asked for her input as well. I took in her suggestions and she worked her magic. I asked for balayage as well as random highlights of color throughout my hair and a cut as well. She was thorough throughout the whole process. We had a lot of good laughs and she was great at keeping the conversation going while waiting for my hair to process. My hair turned out just the way I wanted thanks to her input.
Everything about Hoshall’s is professional and fun in the quality service they provide.
