Horrible. First thing in the morning and the were out of a bunch of stuff. The coffee drinks come out of a machine.

Man look at my coffee store. 1.5 average is abysmal. Sadly I mostly agree.
The girl at the counter had no idea about any of the tea she was selling. We asked what decaf options she had and she just like pointed to the other side of the counter and said they’re over there. They have one iced tea flavor. And it’s just plain black tea. Or maybe it wasn’t, she didn’t seem to know anything.
Overpriced even compared to Starbucks. Time for a new coffee shop to move in.

I came here with my boyfriend. We ordered two hot café white mochas. When we got them, we took one sip and looked at each other. First of all, mine did not taste like a white mocha. It had no sweetness to it at all. It was bitter. My boyfriend’s drink on the other hand not only tasted like that, but it was cold. Let me remind you we ordered hot beverages, not iced. We’re not naggy customers but this was unacceptable for drinks that cost $ 10. When we went back to tell them the problem, the lady said she made my drink the correct way and if anything, she could reheat my boyfriend’s drink. She agreed to make the drinks over but this time around she made my boyfriend’s drink way too hot and mine way too sweet. So we just traded and mixed our drinks, since she couldn’t do it correctly either time. The staff there are young. The young man that took our order for her left as soon as he was done to the other side to talk and goof around with his other coworkers, oblivious to other customers in the store. We are all nice here because my boyfriend came from retail so we understand how hectic it can be but this just unprofessional. DO NOT go here, visit Starbucks, their employees are better trained to make an easy cup of coffee (retail perspective, since there’s alot of coffee places better than Starbucks).

If I could give zero stars I would. The coffee tastes like mud, and the employee waited until after charging me and toasting my bagel to tell me they had no cream cheese or butter.

Was here today, ordered vanilla latte was one of the worst coffee drinks I’ve ever had, coffee is extremely sour taste, barely sweet, paid $ 4 for nothing, threw it away. Never again.
