I agree with Stephanie B. I have been dealing with their ineptitude for over 2 years at this point. I came in with an authorization from the insurance company, and still received a bill, almost a year after the first(and only) date of service, because they claimed that the insurance company said I didn’t have coverage. When I contacted the insurance, they confirmed that I did have coverage for the date in question, and had denied the claim because it wasn’t filed within their contracted time frame. The insurance company called Mary in the office, who told them she wouldn’t continue to bill me. I have since received at least 5 more bills, with service fees and billing fees added, and have had to deal with threats of small claims court as well. Big threats from someone in breach of contract with a major insurance carrier. When I last spoke to Mary(who is rude and condescending in the extreme) she had the audacity to accuse me of trying to get a service for free. When I pointed out that I’m not the one who failed to submit the claim on time(ie, doing her JOB), she became even more rude, brought up small claims court again and hung up on me. All in all, if I could give negative stars on this place, I would. As it is, 1 star is way too generous for an office with an inept, unprofessional and extremely rude office manager. If this is who they hire for the office, how well do you think the actual doctors can take care of the patients?
