Montemayor Gertrudes MD Famly Practc

I have been a patient of Dr. M’s since 1997. I am really happy with her as a doctor and as a person and so much so that I won’t switch — even now that it would be more convenient for me to get a doctor closer to my home. I like her that much. I do not find her to be cold at all (I am referring to another negative review I read) — she is direct and will be honest with me but never cold.
My experience with her has been that she is kind, really responsive, always willing to get me in when I am sick and willing to listen when I need to explain an entire situation. I believe this is because she looks at her patients in their «entirety» not just the demonstrated symptoms of the day. I have been really pleased for almost 19 years and have never had a bad experience.
I would recommend her highly to any of my family or friends (and have done so over the years)

She is cold and during my visit tried to scare the wits out of me. NOT GOOD

Had great experience. She is an experienced doctor who has a busy practice (she was running late). I appreciate that she squeezed me in when I had to be seen.

Yikes! I had the worst experience ever dont go to her unless you have thick skin and don’t have medicare lol. I have medicare insurance and I am not sure if Dr. Montemayor hates medicare or just people that have medicare insurance or what? I didn’t want to stick around and find out and I definitely won’t be back to see her or refer anyone I care about to her. I was glad to be referred to the specialist as that was my goal of the visit and will never be back.
